Very happy with product
Delivery was right on time and surprisingly easy to slide into the house. I’m 62 and had concerns of the weight , putting it together was a breeze with tools included. It’s adjustable for a 5.2 foot person to fit on nicely and whisper quiet. Very sturdy with excellent quality of all components.

Disposable bike
Disposable bike! In less than 6 months of use both crank arms are so loose it is super uncomfortable to use. I cannot find any support or assistance on how to fix or if it is even possible. Do not waste your money! Invest a little more and get something that is worth it. I have not finish paying it (klarna installments) and this thing is ready for the dumpster. Very disappointed.

    I put it together pretty easily myself. Looks good. I am worried about the weight limit- online says 330lbs. The manual shows 100kg (220lbs). So Im nervous about that. So far, so good. Rides smoothly. The seat angle clicked/adjusted a couple of times nearly giving me a heart attack. I think once I get the angle correct, it wont do that anymore. It took a few tries to get the monitor working (just had to adjust wires and batteries). Works well now. They offer to send an updated monitor and seat cushion which will be nice. Customer service replies to emails quickly so far. I think the more I use it, I'll feel more comfortable on it.

    Quiet and nice bike for the price!
    It arrived super fast! I was expecting it next week, the bike is easy to assemble—only did it myself as long as you follow the instructions. Chair is pretty comfy and cushiony! Need to buy 3A batteries…. Overall it is really nice and quiet! Can’t hear the wheels spinning. Glad I purchased this bike! Hope it lasts for my indoor cycling classes!

    I have multiple sclerosis, so I need to exercise to try to strengthen my legs. I get on this thing four or five times a day for about 30 minutes each time. I feel better getting that exercise! I set it up in my living room right in front of the television so it’s easy to just keep peddling while I watch something interesting. It’s very sturdy and I like it very much! I wish the seat or a little more comfortable, but that’s it.

    I love this exercise bike! I've had it for a week and haven't skipped a day yet. And it's so easy to change height for other users. And I can change the strength on bike for harder workouts, feels like I'm riding uphill which is a GREAT workout .

    I absolutely love this bike! This is my second pooboo and it’s definitely worth it to spend the extra money for this bike. The product was protected for shipping and was super easy to put together. It looks great and works even better. I’m usually weary when ordering things online but I did my research and this bike has a lot of good reviews and for good reason. Definitely would recommend 10/10!

    Poor Customer Service
    Got the bike, seemed sturdy. 4th ride, left pedal stripped out the crank so currently unusable. Emailed the company, who responded right away, but subsequent emails to get the replacement part have gone unanswered (4 emails over several days, zero response back). Seems they don't care about customer service, so probably will have to return the bike.

    Space saver, not too small and not too big. It was a little intimidating when building it because of all the parts but once you follow the handbook it’s really easy. Took about 45min-1hr to finish. It’s no peloton but it does the job. The best thing about it is the silence it maintains while using it. If you’re looking for something affordable that can get your cardio going, this is it!
