LID DOES NOT STAY ON
I have bought THREE of these travel size thinking that the first two were defective. It tells you to twist the cap (and you can see the preferated dotted line) but the entire lid flys off and the pump straw gets released and the bottle has spilt every single time. There is a hole on the top (not sure if anything is supposed to spray out of there) but I have tried everything. I have emptied the bottle and taken the wrapping off just to figure out how to work this thing. If they put a normal spray pump with a lid, it would be perfect. Would love for this company to explain either how to use it or provide better directions on the bottle.

    First time user. I have large “truck driver's” hands and I fumbled with the tiny size of the mister. I found I had to look hard for the tiny nozzle location to avoid spraying myself. In low light situations especially if I didn't have my spectacles with me it was impossible. So, I fixed that problem by using a black magic marker around the tiny spot and that made it easy to locate in low light situations. The product is amazing and where has it been my whole life? :) Thank you. I now will use the larger spray bottle and only use the tiny ones in a “pinch?”
