Delicious and Light
I love the Pompeian extra light olive oil. It is the same high quality olive oil as the regular option, but it is light, and better for cooking. I love to cook chicken breasts and spaghetti sauce with this light oil. I find the recipes simply taste better. I tend to use this extra light olive oil several times a week when preparing meals for my family. It is delicious, and a healthy cooking choice. I highly recommend it to everyone who cooks, and also to those who eat.

A great olive oil
The Pompeian Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil is a great oil to use while cooking. I will agree that it is extra light tasting because I had no weird after taste or lingering taste when eating food cooked in this oil.

    Nice light oil
    This Pompeian oil has a nice light clean taste. I prefer this over most other stronger tasting olive oils. It also works well for cooking like a traditional olive oil. I would recommend buying. It a good around choice.

    Lovely light tasting!! Absolutely delicious!! Doesn't overpower what your cooking!! You just can't go wrong with pompeian oil!! I have made everything from eggs to popcorn with this stuff and it was all yummy!!

    The Best In Flavor for Cooking.
    The Pompeian Olive oil with extra light tasting is my absolute favorite. I don't like the taste of Olive Oil on my food, but love cooking with it. The flavor was extra light and wasn't tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.

    The first thing I noticed when I opened this was the pleasant light fragrance from the olive oil. This is a great lighter oil that doesn't have any weird after tastes. We usually use this for stir fry and pasta salads but I imagine this would be great for breads and salads as well. A good olive oil to use at higher temperatures that other olive oils can't handle.

    I am really impressed with Pompeian Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil. It has a delicate flavor, and we use it a lot in our kitchen. We use it for making stir fry, dressings, desserts, eggs, and sauteing vegetables. Honestly, you can use it for almost anything. This is our favorite cooking oil.

    The versatility of the Pompeian Extra Light Olive Oil is endless it's not just for cooking. I make a Greek dressing by adding some spices and red wine vinegar to the olive oil. It's also great for dipping with some grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. I like using it for stir frying because it doesn't smoke. It's flavor is light and mild it doesn't over power the flavor of the veggies.

    I love the Pompeian Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil. It doesn't leave a overpowering taste in my foods and its light and crisp. It's great over salad or to light fry foods without all the extra guilt. This perfect for those who don't really like olive oil but want to make a health change in their diet.
