Delicious and Light
I love the Pompeian extra light olive oil. It is the same high quality olive oil as the regular option, but it is light, and better for cooking. I love to cook chicken breasts and spaghetti sauce with this light oil. I find the recipes simply taste better. I tend to use this extra light olive oil several times a week when preparing meals for my family. It is delicious, and a healthy cooking choice. I highly recommend it to everyone who cooks, and also to those who eat.

Use with caution
Accessible as a reasonable price. There is some concern about the source. If several growers are contributing. It just takes one with rancid oil to ruin a whole batch.

    A great oil!
    This is not too olive tasting. It's just a light delicious oil I use with various vinegars and sometimes added dijon mustard. It's very versatile--you can make the exact same green salad and it will taste different according to the vinegars added to this oil.

    The Best In Flavor for Cooking.
    The Pompeian Olive oil with extra light tasting is my absolute favorite. I don't like the taste of Olive Oil on my food, but love cooking with it. The flavor was extra light and wasn't tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.

    I don't use olive oil regularly, but when I do, this works great! I've tried it with pierogis, roasted potatoes, etc. This oil is very versatile and blends well with my food. I will definitely continue purchasing this product from walmart, as I see no use for trying anything else.

    The first thing I noticed when I opened this was the pleasant light fragrance from the olive oil. This is a great lighter oil that doesn't have any weird after tastes. We usually use this for stir fry and pasta salads but I imagine this would be great for breads and salads as well. A good olive oil to use at higher temperatures that other olive oils can't handle.

    I am really impressed with Pompeian Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil. It has a delicate flavor, and we use it a lot in our kitchen. We use it for making stir fry, dressings, desserts, eggs, and sauteing vegetables. Honestly, you can use it for almost anything. This is our favorite cooking oil.

    Not just for cooking.
    The versatility of the Pompeian Extra Light Olive Oil is endless it's not just for cooking. I make a Greek dressing by adding some spices and red wine vinegar to the olive oil. It's also great for dipping with some grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. I like using it for stir frying because it doesn't smoke. It's flavor is light and mild it doesn't over power the flavor of the veggies. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
