sent wrong product or incomplete product
the product shows a padel in it but I received a product without the padel which was very confusion. this is not the first I experienced similar type of issues with walmart online. it appears that they switch the product and send a different one a lot of time.

    The Gift that keeps on giving
    We put this on our registry with the assumption that our hands would be okay to open the top, while securing our son. This works like a charm and the refills are only $20 for 4 - which lasts for months. We have dogs, so this not only saves us a trip to the kitchen but also keeps the smell locked in.

    I would recommend this.
    Learning being a Granny ,this was the most helpful product.Especially with young woman of today,there are so many things today that will be a blessing.When my children were born they didn'nt have anything like this.We learned the hard way.lol I bought this for my nieces baby show (which she wasn't aware what it did ) She will find out in October ) please get this even if they don't have it on their list.

    Difficult to use
    The diapers are hard to push in & down past the "catch door". We bought the deluxe style diaper genie & it's much better. I recommended upgrading to the next style.

    Valuable baby accessory!
    These pails for disposable diapers are wonderful. A small pail holds about 30 newborn diapers. This economical pail is small, compact, the deodorizing insert is great, the lid fits super tight (but still easy to open with one hand) and there's no smell at all in the room. Two caveats: Many Walmart stores have discontinued this item, so be sure to check before you go. The refills (the canister of deodorized plastic that holds the diapers) are about $5 each--reasonable when the diapers are small but becoming less and less so as the diaper size increases!

    This product is disappointing
    The lid is made out of cheap plastic. You also have to cut the bag in half to close it, leaving you with half the amount of diapers you should have been able to fit into the bag. This waists your expensive diaper bags that trust me when I say they add up over time. I just returned this product.

    Surprisingly Excellent!!!
    I have 3 children. ranging from 5 months to seven. I never bought a diaper genie with my first two, because I just could not see how this plastic object would hold in such a smell. It wasn't until my family and I had to relocate, due to work, into an apartment, that i said let me try one, with our new born. AND I AM AMAZED. i change it once a week (on trash day) AND NEVER DO WE SMELL A THING IN THAT TIME FRAME! great product! MILLIONS OF MOMS CAN'T BE WRONG!

    overall it is a good product...
    I only have one complaint at this point, the product information stated that it came with starter bags, however, there are absolutely no bags in the box. To have to buy the bags now makes the value of the original purchase less than desirable.
