Walmart sent me a defective return
I purchased this product from the Walmart app and was very disappointed when it arrived. I did not arrive in it's original packaging, but in a zip lock baggie so it obviously had already been returned. I charged it and the battery only worked for 15 minutes before dying and won't hold a charge. Obviously, this product was already returned to the store as defective and Walmart resold it to me. Not pleased. Waste of my time and money! If Walmart had sent me a working product, I'd be able to have a better gage for a more positive review. I had purposely sought out this brand as I'd had good experiences with them in the past.

    Headphones are not worth ordering
    I believe Plantronics was sold awhile back and these headphones were discontinued. They have been my favorite headphones for years, but no more. The more recent headphones are poor quality and the only ones you can get now are the bad ones that have been returned. I've gone thru 7 pairs in the last 6 months and none of them have worked. Seems like I'd learn, but hope springs eternal getting a working set. Nope. Don't even try.

    Headsets are not what they appear to be
    I already had a pair and have been really happy with this headset. I purchased it @ a Sams club years ago. It still holds a charge and is viable for a day, and more, of constant use. I recently bought two more from this walmart sale site, and hence, from the related third party supplier. Both of these headsets will not hold a charge for more than an hour. I have sent two emails to this supplier about the problem and asking what I should do about their inferior products. I have not heard back. And though the official Walmart statement says "You will hear back from the vendor in 24 hours." And this product appears to be refurbished - there is no reference to being a refurbished product anywhere on this sale site. I am returning them to Walmart soon.

    Poorly Refurbished -- Battery Dies
    As other buyers have commented, this refurbished headseat's battery died after three months. The charge only lasts for 15-20 minutes I have purchased refurbished Plantronics headsets in the past, but the ones from this seller are obviously poor quality and will not last.

    Refurbished disappointed will return
    Battery failed after one hour quirky control issues. This was refurbished unit that did not say it was refurbished in the description. Thought I was buying new. I had one before that worked well purchased new at Costco that I lost.

    Stay away!! Misleading
    Very disappointed to see this product was refurbished when I got it. Worked well for a little but now its buzzing in the left ear. Have only had it for a short time. Makes sense it was refurbished now!

    Not retail packaging - didn't work.
    Mine showed up unworkable and the packaging wasn't what you would get at a store. Reached out to The Phone Cellar who sold it and said they were direct from Plantronics. I am awaiting a refund now....but still had to pay to ship them back.
