    Quick and efficient shopping, shipment, follow-up.
    Product is good quality. I have purchased numerous times. This latest purchase the product was received damaged/crushed during shipment. Requested replacement of 4 of 6 damaged binders. Damaged items returned for replacement. New replacements not received yet

    packing could have been better

    The album was damaged when I got it . The corners were bent and the bottom of the three ring assembly was broke loose. I feel I paid top dollar for a damaged product . Thanks for taking advantage of me , Robert Jourdan !!!

    Came broken
    Photo album came broken. Binding of three rings came hanging off the album. Unfortunate too, because the magnetic stick pages were some of the best quality I've come across.
