Not impressed! I expected what was in the picture, the name brand pillow pad and that is not what I got! I spent $20 on one that I could of got for $11!! It's too late to return and get another one because it's close to Christmas!

    Poor Quality
    This product is not at all like the Pillow Pad I purchased in the store a few years ago. It arrived rolled up or compressed. it needed time to expand as it did not expand immediately. No directions for expanding were received. No receipt was received. the pillow pad should be a triangle with foam on all three sides. unfortunately this item only has foam on two sides. It never expanded properly. After four days I attempted to return this product. Unfortunately again, there is no return lable and there is no return code. avoid buying this online. Get the product in the store as it is already expanded and you will notice any deformities.

    FAKE PILLOW PAD
    NOT A REAL PILLOW PAD. The shape is the only close thing about it. Flimsy, not a sturdy foam pillow. Has a pocket but smaller and my phone does not fit in it, also does not have the Pillow Pad strap at the other end. Slightly smaller.

    Disappointed
    I bought one of these from Lakeside. I had one I purchased elsewhere, but wanted another. I'm very disappointed. I removed the cover to see what was wrong and compared both. It looks like someone wasn't paying attention. I might try to improve it on my own, but not worth returning.

    Buyer beware. These are not real pillow pads. Cheap knock off, flimsy and cheaply made. Glad I unpackaged them 2 days before Christmas. NOT happy. I have real pillow pads and this is NOT even close. See the difference between what we were sent(red) and the one we already have (gray)…

    Stop using your bedding to hold it up!
    I waited way too long to get this! It's perfect. Even my husband was in love with this! It has three sides, all diff angles! Each of my pictures is the diff angle.

    Comes compressed
    Returned. Came compressed. Followed directions. After 5 hours, and very little expansion, put in dryer with damp wash cloth. No difference. After two weeks, it still wouldn't hold my iPad. Good idea, but not like the picture.
