Very Happy
I have used a Braun with cleaning for 10 Years and it never seemed to cut close enough for me. It wore out and i ordered the Norelco to replace it. My shaves are much closer with it.

Very disappointed
Not happy. I have a very rough beard. I have owned Norelco products for years. My last Norelco wet/dry cordless was awesome, but battery started giving a charge problem and blades were starting to dull. It is practically cheaper to buy a whole new razor than to buy new blades (shame on Norelco and every other company for that). So I thought stick with what works. This isn't working. And for the price I paid, that is a shame. Blades seem dull right out of the box. I don't understand that. I have used it many times to return. I will choose differently next time. I have a Remington as a backup at another residence (cheap) that works better. The cord is hard to plug in for charging and there is no charging station like my last one. But it does charge fast. Seems they tried to make it fancy with battery lights and button design and forgot the main reason for the unit, to give a smooth shave. Very disappointed.

    Definitely this is a good upgrade.
    I had a much older version of this razor... There has been a big improvement in both comfort and closeness of shave.

    Why did I wait so long
    I am new to electric razors so I have nothing to compare it with. But I must say this is comfortable and easy to hold. It gives me a quick close shave.

    Good dependable razor, refill blades are to high.
    Always a close shave with Phillips Norelco. Particularly like the wet dry advantage. You get what you pay for and this is a winner at a reasonable sale price. Refill blades are higher than a new razor which makes no sense. Off brand blades do not stay sharp more than a few months.

    It is easy to clean and gives a good smooth shave.
    This razor is very easy to use. My husband is disabled and has to use his non-dominant hand to use the razor. He is very happy with it. . The price is right and it is very reliable.It is easy to clean and gives a good smooth shave.

    Poor shave even for an electric.
    Does not give a close shave. This is my third razor of brand and style over a period of many years. I liked the previous ones but this one feels cheap and just does not give a close shave. My face gets red and chafed from pressing so hard.

    This is my 3rd shaver in 15 years. The original still work and I use it camping. The last one developed a bad switch and I could not get it to run but it still shaved fine when it would run. The new one looks as though it has a better switch and it does work well.

    So far so good! Great quality in an affordable electric razor. Love the wet / dry feature and the battery indicator. Nice sharp blades and no pulling or burns out of the box. Philips Norelco always make excellent products. Would definitely buy again and will last for years to come.
