My 5 week old daughter loves these. We were hesitant to give a pacifier so soon, as i am breastfeeding, but these have been great. No nipple confusion. She wouldn't take a couple other brands, but took the soothie right away. They have been a life saver!

Cute and great
These are the closest ones i could find compared to the ones they first give baby at the hospital. The ones in the hospital are more soft but if u boil these long enough they feel pretty similar.

Even with a nightlight in the nursery room, its virtually impossible to find the light pink and blue ones. The only one that I CAN find on her crib or on the carpet is the teal color one. Quality control dept, if possible make a periwinkle blue and/or fuschia pink. Darker colors will help future parents find their screaming baby's soothing paci at 2 in the morning! Thank you!!Jazl

The Soothie pacifiers are well known by my family and I have nothing but positives to say about them. All three of my children have used these pacifiers. They are also the preferred pacifier for the NICU babies at the hospital I work at. I introduced this style to my 5 week old and he took to it right away. For me I like being able to hold the pacifier in place with my finger inside the nipple - it is a slip free method. The circular design is effective and stays away from the nose and cheeks - I do not notice indents made by the outer edge. The two small holes make any safety concerns go away. They are easy to clean - You can sterilize them, I have used the dishwasher, or rinse them. A positive feature I have noticed with our repetitive use is the material does not disintegrate or seem to wear down. They are long lasting and durable. I gift this to all my friends and will continue to use the samples I was given.mweisert3

It's one of the few pacifiers she will accept. I feel like it's been tailored to a baby's needs. The only pacifier she keeps in while she naps or when she is fussy. I love the shape of it and how easy it is to clean. It is my must have baby item. I always carry one in the diaper bag. It seems that the design allows baby to get a good strong latch on it in order to soothe. It does what it is supposed to do. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is a heavier pacifier and my baby can not hold it in her mouth independently, so when I give it to her both my hands are occupied if I'm holding her. Our first baby never really used a pacifier. Our second seemed to love them but it took us a long time to figure out the one that seemed to truly soothe her. My husband found the Soothie first and so the opportunity to try them was perfect timing. My baby loved this product! I think it is the simple design and the ease with which she can suck on the pacifier. She is willing and able to keep this pacifier in her mouth for an extended period of time. She also loves that, when needing an additional method of soothing, I can stick my finger into the pacifier from the outside while it is in her mouth. As mom, I also really like the simplicity of the design and think it is fun that it is available in so many fun colors! Further, this product is super easy to clean. We went through a bout of thrush while trying these and our pediatrician encouraged us to clean the pacifiers in boiled water, which was super easy without any concern that water could find a way to get stuck inside the product. Overall, this has been one of the top most used baby items in our house on a daily basis. Very happy with this productJbs17

This pacifier is the only one that I will use with my newborn, and it's not by my choice. This is the only pacifier my little babe will take. The unique shape and simple design of the pacifier fits my new babe's mouth where it is easy for him to latch on and stay latched on. Additionally with the design of the pacifier, it is easy to clean when needed-Just simply rinse, put in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove, and let dry upside down. No nooks and crannies for water build up, meaning no possibility for mold. Lastly, the design of the pacifier has a “tab” at one end that allows for easy pick up to insert into his mouth- no need to actually touch the nipple part. Furthermore, as of right now, we are exclusively breast feeding and this pacifier does not make for nipple confusion with him where he would steer away from that. I highly recommend these pacifiers. The design is simple yet functional and my new babe enjoys using them. Needless to say, this pacifier is always very close to my new babe at all times.DHunter

This was the only brand that the NICU nurses recommended for her. It was soft enough for her tiny mouth to suck on and it definitely helped soothe her. I buy these regularly and sterilize them in the Avent sterilizer regularly as well. You can't go wrong with these pacifiers and they seem to calm the baby down and they are very easy to clean and sterilize, no parts for water or anything to get trapped in the nipple and cause bacteria or whatever to be harbored.KarolD

However she is a girl and the color needs to coordinate with her clothes! here's a tip though, even though the packaging is the same, if you look on the actual binky, some say "super soothie" those are the hard ones, avoid those and get the ones that just say soothie, thoses are the soft ones like the the hospital gives you.AndrewsMommyx3
