Broken 65”
I love the fact that it was a big tv and came within two days. When I opened it and plugged it in ,the tv was completely cracked behind the screen the tv was completely ruined broken . I be experienced the worst customer service from Walmart while trying to get a replacement tv. I've talked to at least 10 customer service agents from August 24-30 and they told me different things each time they didn't fix the issue about the replace tv. I finally had to request an refund which by the way I still have not gotten yet. I returned the tv on August 25 and it's still sitting in an FedEx faculty I don't know why and they still haven't issued my refund back for the tv and today is August 30.
