Tough and chewing
This was/is not cheap chicken so I expected it to be good. It came with tendons that were very hard to cut out. When I buy Tenderloins, I expect there to be no gristle or tendons in the chicken. After cooking, the chicken was very chewing. It was not over cooked as I monitored with a digital thermometer. I will not be buying this again.

    Quick and easy to cook and a healthier option
    I love that Walmart provides an organic option and the tenderloins are my favorite as they are quick and easy to cook. I try to get them on clearance to save money as they are more expensive, but I won't purchase conventionally farmed chicken due to the health consequences. When you know what they feed the non-organic chickens, you won't want that in your body. It is just a shame that industry has destroyed our food supply and we have to pay a lot more to remain healthy. I would give this 5 stars if it were more affordable for everyone, but those days may be gone forever.
