DON'T BUY THIS
This does NOT work as advertised. I bought this for a football player who runs 4.5sec 40 yard dashes, and it didn't provide any drag, it was mostly dragging across the field and it could barely get lifted up. I'm assuming this thing must be used on a windy day while running against the wind. Otherwise, this is hot garbage.

    Very light and wind sensitive
    Don't run in a windy day or you'll have to switch direction in which you run in, but the plus side of this is: More resistance.
