Woo! From dirt patch to grass in no time flat. This defentiately did as advertised and grew some grass :)

It just was a no grow for me
I had high hopes for my grass seed actually growing.I planted as per instructions but the seeds never sprouted I will say that my growing conditions are not the best.Its a high traffic area and the soil in our area has a high clay content.I did cover the seeds after taking the one picture with potting soil before watering them.they are still there but not growing after many weeks.My results should not influence another buyer since their growing conditions may be much better than mine.

    Never again
    Is the tractor to loosen the soil completely went through the soil Raked it then drop the seats according to bag. It's been 20 days and still nothing. Literally absolutely nothing I live in Northern Arizona so it should have worked. Don't know why it didn't

    Slowly coming through
    I received this product as part of a free sample program. I put down the Pennington Smart Seed Bermuda Mix about 4 weeks ago. At first I was skeptical if it would fill in the patches in my backyard. We had a freeze in January and nothing had really come back in this spot. It was a slow start but it's finally coming through. I even went on vacation for 5 days and didn't water and it's still working. It has a ways to go still but I'm happy with the seeds filling in my bare spots. I would definitely buy this and use again. I have already told me neighbors about it.

    I don't have the best ground to get grass growing but early on this product seems to grow in harsh conditions.

    Foes notlike the Texas Heat
    I have been "growing" this seed for three weeks. The weeds sre doing far better than the grass seed. I watered it every night so the sun would not evaporate the water as fast. I do not know of it majes a difference but in Trxas we have been having record high temperatures for the months of April and May, so I do not know if this has an impact on the grass growing. I got this sample for free to give an honest review #buzzagent

    Pennington Smart Seed Bermuda mix
    I received a free sample from Bzzagent. I've used a couple different brands in the past and I never got the results as I did with the Bermuda mix. I had a huge bare area with just dirt and it grew in wonderfully just a couple little spots that didn't take I may have missed them. I have already bought another bag. I would most definitely recommend.

    What a difference!
    My house is located a block away from the Laguna Madre, so our yard is sand. I wasn't sure what to expect when trying this product, but I'm so happy that I did! Very little effort went into the transformation of my yard, and the time it took to start establishing itself was very short. The picture below is after just 2 weeks!

    Noticeable difference in growth and color
    We live in Knoxville and spread the Pennington Smart Seed Bermuda mix over some patchy parts of our lawn. We'd previously aerated several weeks before and just sprinkled the seed into the yard. The pictures I took are of the day we laid seed and then 11 days later and you can really see the new growth and increase in green color. We unfortunately were out of town for 6 of those days and didn't get to water it (unless it rained!) so I imagine if we kept up on watering, it would do even better! I am quite pleased with the results and would purchase in the future!

    Greened Up Quickly
    The smart seed definitely grows pretty quickly and greened up my dead area nicely. I would recommend others who have Bermuda lawns give it a try. I received this free as part of a promotion to try out.
