    Favorite new toy
    We needed a new toy and I was ordering some other stuff so I found this and gave it a try. My birdie has been playing with it or just sitting by it since it came. I think it is a big hit. Right price and it is very well made, has enough to keep her busy.

    "Leather-Kabob" is what I received
    I order these every few months to replace the one my Sun Conure chews up, but this time what I received was called a "Leather Kabob" rather than the usual "Fruit Kabob". It has the same "fruits", but only the banana is made of wood. The rest of the items are made out of hard plastic that the bird won't be able to chew, which is the whole point of the toy. I will order them somewhere else next time to ensure I receive the correct item. I attached a picture of the tag that came with the toy. It's obviously different from what's in the description here. The wood kabob is a 5 star chew toy for birds, but this plastic "Leather" one is 2 stars.

    My birds love toys so every chance I get I get them some. I stumbled across this one around Christmas time last year and got it. She is still playing with it and loves it. It isn't very well made and I recommend it.

    Birds Seem To Enjoy
    I have two Parakeets, and one is a chewing and destruction machine. She loves things that swing. She also loves anything with paper, string, and bright colors. This was a whim purchase gone right, and I'm glad I decided to give it a shot. My other bird just pecks at it a bit, looking at it and walking away. (He's a touch aloof about most things that aren't food, water, or music.) My sweetie pie Vega, however, only took about 48 hours to realize "this is something to play with", and her curiosity pretty much demolished the banana, and she's already at the little candy piece at the bottom. Awesome toy to keep the pets busy. :)
