Disappointed and angry
I received this gift card with NO receipt and NO authorization paperwork. Just a card in a huge envelope. I wrote customer service to ask for verification and have not received any word yet. VERY disappointed, and my credit card was already charged $200 without any verification.

    Disappointed
    It took longer than expected to receive the cards. When I did receive one card was stuck in the adhesive of the packaging and when I cut the packaging it cut one card making it invalid. No receipt or proof of activation was received. Would have much rather been able to purchase through local store. Also was limited to no more that $1000. Per transaction

    Hope this gets straighten out.
    Card missing got only one of the two cards. Package was cut through front and back. I reached in and found the other card. Called Walmart was told to call Capitol one so I did.

    This gift card came in a plastic envelope, which was fine, but no paperwork, no sales slip, no nothing, if I hadn't of saved my on line slip, I wouldn't even know the amount the card was for.

    Frustrating.

    ZERO money on card
    Zero stars. I ordered this card along with the Halloween monster on it. When I called to verify the cards had the correct amount loaded on them, I was told they were inactive. The Walmart employee told me that the cards never had any money loaded on them. I have been told several times that I need to wait 24-48 hours for this to be resolved. I am in my 8th day of waiting.

    Red Tape/ Activiation instructions are confusing
    This card required activation which I did not know. The 'order confirmed' email did not mention it. Now the card was sent to the person i was sending it to as a gift and he no longer has the letter and when i activate the card I'm supposed to 'confirm the correct quantity'. I don't know if you're asking about one card or the value of the card? I've used the Walmart service for gifts numbers of times and this i know is a security measure but it has caused some concern.
