I love this Shampoo.....I have used many kinds from expensive to inexpensive and let me tell you I love this product. Keeps hair soft, tangle free, strong and smelling great. Thank you guys. I have thick naturally curly hair. A +. I will also look at other products in the Pantene line. Thanks.....

New Formula?
I've been using moisture renewal shampoo and conditioner for years but here recently the conditioner is so thick! It just sits on top of my hair. At first I thought I got a bad or tainted bottle so I went to a different store and purchased a different size bottle. Same thing its sooooo thick..and all around different...Has the formula changed?

    Something Has Changed
    Purchased a new bottle of this and something has changed! Not for the good. Not the same smell and leaves my hair a mess. Not soft and manageable. I can't do a thing with my hair, it's so limp and falls in my face. Now I have to search for something else. Come on Pantene, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Bring the old one back.

    Why did U change the formula?
    I have used this shampoo and conditioner and YEARS and loved it. A few months ago I purchased a boxed set to have extra on hand. Now I have finally opened it and realized upon sight that the formula had obviously changed. That was made even more clear while using the products. The shampoo no longer removes the residual hair spray I use daily and the conditioner no longer leaves my hair feeling clean and silky with the shine it use to. I am SO disappointed and will be looking for something else totally. Why do you companies always have to change a good thing? Why not just bring a NEW addition to the brand instead of changing the old formula hoping no one will notice? I hate this stuff now...

    New formula for 2022 is terrible.
    I am extremely disappointed in the reformulation of the daily moisture renewal conditioner. I don't like the texture or the behavior and stopped using it after a month. While it says “72 hour softness” on the label, I find that my hair went dull and listless the next day, or even the same day, something that never happened with the previous version even over several days. It was also flyaway and tangled easily. I do approve of removing color and fragrance, since I doubt yellow #5 and red #33 are necessary for hair health, but otherwise, please bring back the previous formula!!

    I used this product for years and loved it. However, Pantene recently switched to a new formula, and it's not close to the same. While it used to make my hair shiny, silky, smooth and tangle-free, this new formula does a while lot of nothing. Hair is course, dull and tangles easily after using the shampoo and conditioner. Sad to have to chance products after so many years of use.

    New formula is awful
    I'm so sad that Pantene has reformulated my favorite conditioner. This is awful. Why??? If it isn't broken, why fix it? Glycerin is the worst thing for my hair and this was one of the few conditioners that didn't have it. Glycerin can dry hair out if you're in the wrong outdoor environment and it breaks like crazy. I hate that manufacturers assume everybody wants this in their hair. Now I need to find another conditioner I can rely on. I used to go through bottles of this a month but I won't be buying this one again. Please bring back the old formula - it was perfect.

    I have bought this shampoo for years and loved it. It's always been silicone free but recently the new bottles have Dimethicone in them. I won't be buying it again now that it has silicone.

    Poor product combination. Very misleading.
    I purchased two of these items thinking I was purchasing the two in one bottle I have been purchasing for years. I threw the conditioner bottles in the trash rather than try and return them to cust service in the store during the busy holiday season.
