Works well for me
I have installed two for customers so brought one for myself It works well no complaints. There are pert near no instructions you are on your own why they did not go into more detail I dunno. It's no biggie for me but I can see were bubba would have a hard time with the wiring. It's still simple to wire and a straight forward instillation about 2hr. for me to hard wire in drill threw the firewall as it should be and I have everything I need and BTDT. I wired in a relay so it's only powered up in reverse to do this you will need to run a wire with the cable from the rear camera are add a toggle switch if you don't you will have to turn it off and on when you want to use it. WHY because it omits an annoying blue screen when it's not in reverse. I wire the power in at the fuse panel on newer vehicles you do not want to tap into unknown wiring under the dash. I have installed one on a 4 door long bed pick up going thru the firewall but had to make sure I ran the cable as straight to the inside of the cab as possible I may have has 1' are less to spare. I got one because I pull a trailer allot and can hit the trailer hitch dead nutz using this camera. I wanted a direct wired camera although I have not seen any issues with the remote types are with the ones I have installed. I cut a 3X3 piece of Plexiglas and screwed it to the dash so I could mount it lower than if I went with the suction cup deal on the windshield. If that deal did not work out I could Velcro it to the sun vizier and flipped it down when I needed it. I don't care for the grid it displays on the screen and most display a grid. I know from experience this one works well and that's why I went with it that's why I gave it a 9 out of a possible 10 for my use. The pitcher it displays on the screen is clear I can read a business card held up to the camera and I like the 7" screen.

Pyle back up camera being sold from Wal-Mart.
I bought this camera for my husband. He was hooking it up only to find out a major part missing. I e-mailed them they said that part was out of stock so I asked for a exchange they said no I would have to wait for it to be restocked. REALLY?

    Good product, reasonably priced
This is a good product. It does exactly what I expected. As others have stated, the included instructions leave somewhat to be desired. But, as with so many things in this digital age, answers and solutions can be found on YouTube. But be sure to watch a variety of videos as some are more helpful than others. Installation is not difficult and, once installed, the product works well. I would advise you to take the time to adjust the camera as accurately as possible and make some test runs for accuracy. This will pay off in the long run. Overall, this is a good product at a reasonable price.

    Good value
Instructions are almost nonexistent , I went to Pyle online got the correct wiring diagram. All went well after that. I bought this monitor because it had provisions for two inputs, and I wanted to add a camera to the back of my trailer.

    Good value
Works good but the instructions and website info are terrible. If you don't know how to hook things up get help or buy something with better instructions.

    Great image
Had the camera installed for 60 dollars and it is still a bargain . I also had it wired to remain on . It helps eliminate the blind spot. Large screen a plus

    Great buy
Mounted this on an Isuzu 14' box truck. Mounted the camera at the top of the box so we can get a great view of what's behind it. Picked up more AV cable to extend it to the back of the truck. Works perfect.
