We love our PTHTECHUS watches!
Both my boys have them and we love them! They are heavy duty which is super nice with boys! We use them every day and will continue to. Such an amazing product! And awesome customer service!

Issues with the SIM Card
Bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas and she loved it, However the SIM card is not working. Every time I call to activate the SIM cards the company is not available. I even tried to activate the card online but that was unsuccessful as the process does not work. I would like to connect with someone about fixing this issue or we will be retuning it

    very nice purchase. call feature has a clear, uninterrupted sound. gps works great in the city or country. perfect for a layer of protection for my granddaughter. not too complicated to set up and connecting to emergency, parent phones. i only wished it would have come with a screen protector. stylish and rugged. thanks

    can only use 3 months
    After only 3 months of use, the start button of this smartwatch fell off. The watch won't turn on and won't work any more.

    pretty upset. this watch is not compatible with any no contract sim card. i am noy trying to pay a bunch of money to activate a watch for my kid. I started a refund and opted to return to store. it took me a few days to get it to the store and the day after the store sent it out i get a message from the seller saying they will not give me a refund and its a waste of my time. they will only give me a 10% refund. they told me to keep the watch but i first had to cancel the refund and return. So now i dont even have the watch or my money.

    Nice reasonably priced option but has flaws
    Ordered for 10 yo to show responsibility and feel she's a bit you to get her own phone (not ready for obsession of having and being on the phone) I was looking for a watch that made/received calls, texts and video calls. Note-SIM card comes with watch but you have to activate via a website. Plans in my area ranged from$5-8 per month. calls to from the watch work well.watch has a setting to restrict to only phone contacts. text works best from app. She can only voice text those that have the app. Others can text via sms but it's spotty and haven't quite figured out why. This was a bit disappointing as I wanted her to at least be able to text any of her contacts. video calls similar to above but she can only call those that have the app and only those with the app can video call her. Again, disappointing but I get it seeing as FaceTime doesn't work for android/apple user combos etc. quality is pretty decent. I believe watch has certain functions that can work over WiFi only. But we didn't try this much since we activated sim and wanted calling functionality. I will say wifi tends to disconnect frequently and not reconnect automatically even if you I do are you want it to. I liked some other features like sos calls 3 numbers, gps worked well, can restrict make and receive calls to only contacts, do not disturb schedule so that only time is displayed and sos work during school, and can intercept texts. I haven't entirely figured that out but I think when I do that she doesn't get the messages. So I wish I could just check every now and then but not keep her from Getting them. -battery life lasts all day(but she doesn't call a lot with it). Charger is a magnetic connector and that seems common for these watches. The round version from this maker has a micro usb which has a more secure connection and wld have extra at home. There is no internet or games so hopefully nothing to majorly kill the battery u less they are on the phone a lot/texting/taking lots of pictures or videos. Overall good buy for the price. Even the the more expensive watches seem to have their faults when looking at reviews so I wld recommend this cheaper option (watch and service plan) to the more expensive ones.

    Kids love it and so do I!
    I did a lot of research on kids smartwatches and I have purchased two other brand watches before I finally came across PTHTECHUSand it is truly THE best of all! Its durable has all the features I needed for my son to have, yet has no unnecessary features such as social media, I love the quality of PTHTECHUS and also the fact that he can actually text! This was one of the hardest things to find on a kid's watch but with PTHTECHUS, kids can actually text freely and not just send preset messages or voice messages. the GPS feature that sets boundaries for the child. PTHTECHUS does have a GPS system that had a feature where we could set certain boundaries and when the watch leaves that area, it would alert me on my phone. It was a nice feature to have for parents. But we have no complaints about the watch so far and 4 of my friends ended up buying this for their kids as well! The looks of the watch are super cool too! We are very happy with it!

    not really worth it
    it's not waterproof. sometimes the camera doesnt work. text doesnt work just voice chat. the app claims to have secret guardian audio monitoring and that is false (i downloaded all versions of the app to be sure) and just very weird to set up. battery lasted almost 3 days, not 5-7. it lasted a week and my son took a bath with it and now its completely unusable.

    "The watch has NO games, No internet web browser; parents set up all the contacts as needed (so the random strangers' text/call can't go through); very durable for our super active/rough twins; GPS pretty accurate. Giving our twins 9 years old a bit more freedom. They were able to go to the playground and meet up with their friends by themselves; walk home after school by themselves or with friends; we were able to contact them when we needed. ""the feature"" prevents kids doing long chats with their friends, key worlds practice."
