    It was missing one of the end caps on the bottom left rocker! We called customer service immediately and they gave us the direct number to Ozark. we didn't want to return the chair. It is awesome. strong and durable and heavy weight. Oversized and he loves it! Hopefully Ozark will quickly mail us an end-cap or we will have to return this one and re-order another one!
