I shopped for quite awhile before picking this tent out. I live with my 4 older teens ages 19,18,17 and 14. We ALL fit very very comfortably in this awesome tent. I absolutely LOVED the zipped up suncreen on one half of the tent so that we could hang out at the campsite with my best friend and her kids WITHOUT mosquitoes biting us. The tent is tall enough we could all stand up and walk around and there was PLENTY of room for our belongings and supplies. This tent is seriously huge yet easy to put up and to take down. Everything fits very nicely in the bag that comes with it. I absolutely LOVE this tent and we spent a week out in the middle of nowhere having the best camping experience ive ever had. Also this fits nicely in my trunk so we can go again very soon while the kids are still on vacation and we will be able to use this throughout the year. I'm so excited about my tent. Best of all this tent was only 109 dollars. This is by far a MUCH better deal then I counted on

nice but not for rain
not rain proof, even with the canopy top the rain just poured right into the screen room side. rain ran off the top canopy into the screened in side and over flowed the screen window to inside the tent. i have the canopy even all around the tent. i added on an extra tarp that i had to guide the water fall away from the tent on the screened room side. it solved that getting soaked inside issue. but it also leaks from the top. it won't let me submit pictures of the rain coming inside from the top. both times it rained things inside the tent were wet. the 1st time everything was soaked because the rain ran off the top right into the screen then the bottom of the screen became filled and overflowed into the tent. the 2nd time everything in the middle of the tent was wet. it's as nice and big tent but not in the rain.

    Pleasantly surprised!
WoW!! This purchase was a pleasant surprise!! We have individual Beesky tents but we needed a large tent for an extended camping trip for four. This tent had good reviews and was purchased on sale. Set-up was straight-forward and the poles clearly marked. Took three of us about 15 minutes or less to set up. First night was great, second night was a torrential thunderstorm. Water flowed around our campsite but our tent remained dry. Was more concerned about the wind gusts, but the tent held up. Only water in the tent was where the top window zipper had not been closed fully. Closed the zipper and no more water inside. Disclaimer: As seasoned campers, we knew there was a chance for bad weather and we did drape a 16'x24' blue tarp over top of the tent and secured to the corner stakes with bungee cords. (As we would normally do with Michigan's weather.) We do tarp underneath our tent and the ground. We do use an outdoor mat inside the tent to further protect the floor from our cots and gear. This tent is spacious. This tent design has exceptionally good cross ventilation with multiple screened window openings. We did not have any bugs in the tent either. The added bonus to use a partition for a screen room, or leave open as one room for family camping is a great design! Very happy with this purchase and see more years of use ahead with it.

    Great Tent
I was worried about set up after reading other reviews but I was able to do it by myself the first time in about 20 minutes. Now with two people and knowing the process we can do it in about 10 minutes. It's very easy. First time out it rained and hailed 3 days straight and no water got in our tent. Love the big size and opening the screen room for lots of light and a breeze. We were able to set up a queen mattress and have both our dogs kennels in the tent with lots of extra room.

    Elastic in poles broken
I love this tent but after one use, one of the elastic strings broke inside one of the large poles and there is no dimensions anywhere on the instructions to purchase a replacement pole.

Amazingly huge and great quality tent!!
Wow, this Ozark Trail Tent with convertible screen room is exactly what this bougie momma desperately needed. I love everything about it! The size is awesome, with its high ceiling and spacious area. The separator worked great for privacy from the kids. They also enjoyed having their own space in the tent. The first time the hubby set it up with some help but he did say the instructions were easy to understand as it was color coordinated. After that, set ups were much more easier and faster. The bar has definitely been raised with this tent. I am no longer camping but glamping and I'm totally down for it. I must add that the quality of the tent is great and very durable. I appreciate that it comes in its own storage bag, which makes it a lot easier to put away. All I know is that Summer is for sure gonna be a blast with this cabin tent.

    This tent is huge!!!
This tent is really spacious being a 12 person cabin tent and I love how it has a convertible screened in room, perfect for being outdoors when insects are a nuisance. Now I can take just about the whole family and stay dry and warm in this trusted brand. I trust the makers because this brand has never failed me and always produce high quality great products. This tent has a roll back fly which is outstanding for plenty of light during the day and for star gazing at night. I like how there are two rooms for privacy and most people can stand up with the center at 7 feet 4. Very tall and spacious!

    Very Spacious
I wanted a larger sized tent to help make our camping experiences more enjoyable and decided to go with the Ozark Trail 12-Person Cabin Tent with Convertible Screen Room. The instructions to assemble the tent are inside the carry bag and are pretty simple and not complicated. The tent seems to be made out of quality material and has very good stitching. The metal poles and fiberglass rods for assembling the tent are also made to be durable. The tent stakes are made of a heavier gage metal which will help prevent them from bending when hammering into the ground. I followed the instructions and had this tent setup all by myself in about 40 minutes. This was my first time and will be quicker the next time. There was just a slight breeze which actually helped me get the rooftop on, but you should probably have a second person to help. Once setup, I was like... WOW! This tent is very large, and I like that you can stand up inside the tent. The divider inside the tent will be nice for when we are camping with the grandkids. When it's just the wife and I, the screen room will be nice to have as it will fit a camping picnic table or whatever we decide to use the screened room for. It says 12-Person... maybe 12 kids for a sleepover. This tent is perfect for 4-6 people which will give you plenty of room for your things and be comfortable. There's even a place on the tent to run an extension cord to have power inside from a power outlet or camping generator. The waterproof storage pouches inside the tent are also nice to have for electronics. Overall, the Ozark Trail 12-Person Cabin Tent, with Convertible Screen Room is a must have for any family that loves camping!

Great tent for hot summer days.
It comes in a nice carrying bag. Setting this up was pretty easy, it's color coordinated. It took about 25 minutes for me to complete the setup the first time. It's easier the more you get familiar with it. I love the screen tent design to cut down on heat. The entire ceiling is a screen. I really enjoy this. I love that on clear nights I can see the stars if I want too. There's a separator inside to make it like two different rooms if you'd like it that way as well. I think this will be good for changing and things like that while other people are in the tent. Overall I really like it and so far am happy with it.
