Quite impressed with this set; great bang for my buck. Frames are sturdy, cushions are not as plush as high end cushions, but are comfy. Couch came with two accessory pillows which were not my color scheme so I chose not to use them. Took about 3 hrs to assemble, mainly because it took time to sort all of the screws before putting everything together. Nice modern look for the balcony; receiving lots of complements. Considering purchasing more pieces for the upstairs balcony.

Honestly I would give 5 stars for the actual quality of the furniture, but I am so frustrated with the customer service I can't. They sent us two different colors. That may not seem like a big deal, but I ordered grey so I expect grey, not mismatched. We first received the beige sofa and ottomans and were surprised but we didn't mind the color so we set it up and we were happy going with beige instead of grey. but then the next day we got grey chairs! Walmart is useless and no help at all and spent forever on the phone being transferred from one person to another. And I've left two messages with the customer service of those who sell the product and no response. This is my next effort to get them to at least contact me please.

    Very happy
    The quality for price is excellent. Take a while to put together with the tiny tools given. However once it's put together it looks great. Looks much more expensive then it was. It's very comfortable.

    Nice neutral set!
    It is a lovely set! Came in two super fast deliveries. Took a bit to put together but I did it alone sooo. Packed nicely one cushion had a small rip but otherwise love this set

    Love it other than the fact that to tighten these you must have someone sitting on it and you have to crawl underneath it.

    Nice quality and very happy!
    Very well made but be aware that some assembly required. Once we got thru assembling first chair, then we had the hang of it and the rest were pretty simple.

    Cushions Too thin!
    The cushions are so skinny that they will flatten further when we sit on them. The quality is very inferior. We are disappointed that they are NOT as shown online! Not as shown.

    Disappointed
    My only disappoint was this as delivered not assembled and I have had to put it together! Retired and now 71 years old and it's a pain in these old bones! Have assemble 2 chairs and will have to assemble the couch and ottomans when I recover! Love the 2 chairs and cushions, but it was made in China which I try not to support! Made is USA is the way to go in the future or buy locally already assembled!

    3rd party vendor DONT BUY IT!
    NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! This is a third party vendor and Walmart customer service gives them 2 days to respond when they contact them if anything goes wrong. Our set had not even shipped when we were suppose to receive it. Walmart couldn't even properly cancel the order because a “label for fedex had already been created” even thought the customer service representative said they put in a cancellation on it. Even the day it was suppose to get here after a week of this, it was late… I “refused” the package when it arrived to not be charged for shipping it back… It was apparently only HALF of the order, so we had a huge box left on our porch the next day (which we were not expecting per the tracking number)…. It took days for Walmart to get a hold of the 3rd party vendor to get a return shipping label emailed to us. My husband even had to cart the huge box to his work to send it off… After over two weeks they finally refunded the money… I'm talking 5 or more calls with Walmart customer service and there is little they can do with 3rd party vendors. There policy on it is not in favor of their customers. I will never use them again for an order of this magnitude. Picture attached is the first box that showed up without the other pieces. Zero stars wasn't an option or I would have selected that.
