Great swing
By far my grandsons favorite toy. He loves swinging in it. The swing itself is sturdy. Great children's swing. Very happy that it can grow with the child. the swing met or exceeded my expectations.

My experience with this product was not good.
This product came in with a 5” crack in the bottom of the seat. I contacted the seller to see if they would exchange. They communicated well and said they would send me a replacement seat. Well…the seat came in, not only did it have scratches all over it like it was used but with a crack in the seat and on the side. I asked for a refund and I am waiting to hear back. I ordered it through Walmart but when I went to a store to return the swing, they said it was sold through Walmart's marketplace from a third party and they do not do refunds for this seller. Wow…never expected that from Walmart even though I ordered it on their website and had a walmart receipt!

    Okay, so we're not using this with a swing set, we're using it with a 90 foot zip line in the back yard. We put our one year old grand daughter on the zip line seat, and held her in place for a couple rides. When it was time to get off, the world exploded! Major tantrum! So, I ordered this so we wouldn't have to hold her in place and BINGO!! Works great and she LOVES IT!! My back loves it too! I'm sure it would work every bit as well with a swing set. No issues or concerns with safety using this swing seat, though we make all the kids (ages 1,4,5 and6) wear helmets when riding.

    Great tree swing for our grandson
    We live on a farm with several oak trees. This swing brings some great outdoor fun for our grandson. He loves to swing in this and would do it all day long if he could. The swing is easily cleaned. You can even put a small blanket in there to make it more comfortable for smaller babies. It's very sturdy and is holding up well on the tree. He loves it and gets a huge smile on his face when he swings in it.

    Best multi-age swing
    This is a quality swing that will be adjusted for years to come as my grandchildren age. I liked that the plastic is thick and strong and the metal hardware that holds it up is heavy gauge . The straps that attach to our swing set allow us to take it down easily and store in the shed to keep it clean and keep the sun from fading the bright colors. The ropes are thick and easy to adjust the height. There is a lot of excess rope to allow for adjustment. I took a pool noodle, cut it in half and secured it around the ropes with duct tape to ensure that little fingers would not get tangled in the rope. Maybe that's being overly cautious but it looks fine. The one thing that is not quality is the strap that hold an infant in when using as a baby swing. However, you should not leave the baby unattended anyway so it will work.

    The only thing that I don't like about the swing is it's hard to get the child in and out of it because the front piece doesn't move to get your child in and out you have to take it completely off
