User friendly
The oster wide mouth juicer has been a great addition to our kitchen and our family. This juicer is easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to assemble. If it wasn't easy, we w wouldn't use it. Using mainly veggies with a little fruit has made us feel healthier and given us more energy. The wide mouth accepts carrots and celery, but we did usually have to process apples and pears. The amount of juice that the machine produces is great and the pulp remaining is quite dry. I would have liked a few more "get start" recipes for juice or even the pulp. Overall, quality,consistent unit. I was given this juicer in exchange for a review. My opinions are my own.

Broke after a dozen uses
I was pleased with the ease and power of this juicer until today- when I prepped a whole bag of carrots for juicing then found that my juicer will not turn on. I've had it for a few months and used it about a dozen times. Unfortunately this does not seem to be a very durable product considering it is inexplicably broken after very light use. I would recommend going with another product if you want to get your money's worth.

    Juice Extractor Delight
    The extractor works great. The motor is strong. No complaints. However, be careful with the protection plan that you can purchase for it. It is stipulated that you get the plan emailed to you about 48 hours after your order ships, but that was not the case. I had to contact the department in charge of providing the protection plan to find out why I never got the protection plan 48 hours after the extractor had shipped.

    Excellent machine
    When I received the Wide Mouth Juice Extractor to review, I expected a C+ quality product. I was wrong. It definitely gets an A. It lives up to it's name by accommodating medium-small apples whole. It's motor is so powerful and it's efficiency is so high that the finished pulp is nearly dry. Though the body is all plastic, it doesn't feel or seem cheap. It can make A LOT of juice before needing to be cleared. Assembly/disassembly/cleaning is extremely easy (the blade/filter is certainly best cleaned with a brush, but the test unit I received wasn't shipped with one). Bottom line: excellent product.

    A great juicer!
    The Oster Wide Mouth Juice Extractor is a stylish and sleek-looking appliance. Fully featured and modern looking, I was excited to review it as soon as I received it. The juicer was easy to assemble and had a manual which addressed all its features and mode of operation. The product was easy to use and had a very short learning curve from unblocking to actual juicing. After looking at other juicers and their prices, I can honestly say the Oster juicer would be a value purchase for the consumer. This juicer had plenty of features, some found of much higher priced models. The juicer is very durable and seemed to show no visible wear and tear during its use. This juicer met my expectations, in performance, price, and attractiveness.

    My children really enjoyed watching me make juice in this. The juice was yummy they would say and request it. I thought it worked great. It just hard a lot of hard to clean and was a little cumbersome to store. I made apple juice, pear juice, orange juice and used some strawberries and blueberries. A few times the Apple wouldn't get all the way juiced, so I would have to take it out and put it back in. The only negative I really hated was cleaning it. So many parts to clean. I received this juicer free as a product to be used and reviewed.

    easy to use. Any health drink is good for you. this is an impress ive unit. You will be proud to exhibit and share with your family and friends. My favorite thing is combination salad in the juicer.

    Juices better than my Cuisinart unit
    Amazing how much more juice comes out of this unit compared to my old Cuisinart juicer. I guess the more powerful motor has something to do with it.
