Oster Waffle Maker
Shipped fast boxed securely and heats up fast. Add batter first than turn it on or else it will cook too fast on the bottom, before you can close the lid for the top to cook. Excellent waffle maker I would buy it again.

the waffle iron arrived split at the bottom, and was brought to Colombia. there is no way to return it.

    Waffles, yummmmm!
    I actually haven't used it yet but it's the perfect size and looks like it's going to be just fine. Deeper than most because I'm a messy waffle maker! That's why the four star rating. I know it'll be a five star.

    Foster 8" waffle maker is awesome and it makes some delicious fluffy waffles. It is very easy to use and clean. I highly recommend this waffle maker by Oster to anyone looking to purchase an excellent waffle maker because it's also economical.

    For the price ....
    Purchased yesterday. Brought it home and plugged it up and set the heat at 50%. First picture is my first waffle. I did wait until it was completely heated up. Then I put the heat on 75% - second picture. Third picture is the bottom of the second waffle. The bottom of the waffle maker gets hotter than the top. Waffles were thick. 4 starts because of uneven cooking. This was with Pioneer mix. I'll try again in a few days.

    Looks nice but cooks unevenly. Indicator light is not as intuitive as you might think (it clicks on and off more often than expected.) Inner diameter of waffles are cooked much faster than the outer diameter. Some waffles come out limp rather than crispy (perhaps I left them in too long - after heat element turned off?)

    Oster's lil waffle wonder, love it.
    I am dumbfounded. I've never made waffles before and bought this gem in Walmart in New Albany, Indiana yesterday, (8/12/01). I almost hesitate to tell you how they came out... well, ok, since you insist, they cooked up perfectly. I read tons of reviews before I made my maiden voyage into waffle world. I used almost a whole cup of homemade batter, yeah, yeah, a bit dribbled out but so what..lol.. One thing I learned, POUR SLOWLY... that is how you eliminate holes in the waffles, maybe you all knew this but remember, I'm a "newbie".... Play with this gadget you will learn to love it.. Thank you Oster for providing a well made, definitely affordable tool... Happy waffling folks, keep in mind, apple season is coming.. can you imagine "apple pie waffles"????? Oooooh I sure can.. Enjoy and stay safe. the photo is no prize but keep in mind, it's the first waffle I ever made.

    Be cautious
    Would rate it 0 if I could. Ordered this waffle maker because it seemed like a good price. Picked it up from Walmart, got home and opened it. There was residue in it still. They sold me a used waffle maker. Needless to say, I got a refund, threw the item out and will not buy anything else from this seller.

    Extremely happy, recommend.
    So happy with my waffle maker, really easy to use, easy to clean (didn't have a mess), easy to adjust temperature, easy all the way. I purchased because of the positive reviews I read about it and I couldn't be happier. You may have to try a couple of times to get the whole waffle but the more you try the more you know how much batter to add and what not. I definitely recommend, really happy with my purchase, plus what do you have to loose, is not that expansive at all.
