I've got clean teeth !
I love this brush head! I had an older one that I would use once in a while, but had set it aside for awhile. This one is great. It cleaned softly around my gums with no irritation and my teeth felt very clean when I finished brushing. I'm definitely going back to using my electric brush again.

Prefer regular brush head for braces
I bought this for my daughter, who has braces. She had never used an electric toothbrush, so I bought her one along with the Ortho brush heads, so this head was on the toothbrush when she first started using it. I guess we are in the minority in not liking it. The number of bristles are so sparse that she ended brushing her teeth with a regular toothbrush AFTER using the electric one, just to get rid of the food particles that were still left stuck in her braces. I replaced the oath head with the original brush head that came with the toothbrush, and she said it was much better. Perhaps she wasn't using the toothbrush correctly, wrong angle or something, but however she was using it, she said the regular head was much better at getting the braces clean.

    This Oral-B replacement head works and fits very well, unlike some of the other after-market replacements. Get the brush head designed for your brush. One of the after-market heads seemed to stress the brush. The Oral-B heads do not.

    Very good product.
    These toothbrush heads are purfect for use on my braces. They are firm enough to feel like they are cleaning thoroughly and soft enough not to damage my braces and irritate my gums.

    Heads for the brush for braces
    I was let down by amazon but Walmart pulled thru. This is for the toothbrush my son got from the ortho for his braces. Exactly as described.

    Where Are the Brushes???
    I have NOT used yet, but think the price is a little high for the minimal brushes you get. Probably best for a child's mouth! If I had known the brush that came with my new Electric was also soft compared to previous, I would NOT have bought this one. I can safely say I will NOT buy again. Other brushes I bought in the past that were supposedly Soft, were NOT. Last good ones I bought were from Amazon, but stopped shopping with them a while back because customer service got Bad!!! They are coming to my neighborhood, but I don't care!

    Still waiting for my 4 pack but I like Oral B !
    I ordered a pack of 4 and received a 1 pack. I called and they said they would send out the 4 pack which made me very happy. I haven't yet received it. The head itself seems to rattle more than the first one. I dont know why. But in general the Oral B Toothbrush itself is wonderful!

    Great for braces
    My son has been using this toothbrush head for a couple weeks now and we are sold. We have always been an oral b family but I didn't realize there were brush heads specifically for orthodontics. As you can see in the pics the ortho head head has slight longer bristles. The other feature is that it doesn't have a full head of bristles-it has a single row on the outside and a set on the inside. So there is void between the two sets of bristles. This allows the brush to get in between the brackets of the braces. It also means that the bristles will last and not get worn out/bent in a short period of time. Definitely will be purchasing through the lifetime of his braces.
