The mechanical movement is so intense that it gives me a headache when I brush my teeth. I should have stuck with my old electric toothbrush.

    Good value
    Not as good as the 2 previous models we had, both lasting many years. There is no case with this model nor will it fit in the old carry case or on that charger. I like the make. The price point is pretty good and we already had a supply of the correct brushes.

    Model is loud and frequently cuts out/ stutters
    Disappointed. Very loud and it cuts out at least 3 times in a few minutes of brushing your teeth. My very old Braun electric worked well but finally died. I bought the new model and had a problem. The exact same problem happened with a second purchase of the same model.

    Look or Read before you leap.
    I've had an Oral B for years but it started to die so I ordered a new one. It's pretty much the same except my old one had 2 speeds and this only has one. I didn't think to check that part of it. I miss the softer speed.

    Great toothbrush
    This is my first electric toothbrush and I think it does a great cleaning job. I specifically got this for the rotating head as I feel it gives a deeper clean. The only downside I would say is that a regular toothbrush cover can't fit the head and I wish it came with something to protect the toothbrush head.

    I have a smaller mouth and sometimes brushing can be hard with Manual toothbrushes but this electric tooth brush is great for hard to reach places. It cleans my teeth, amazing. The only thing I don't like about it is that the refills for the toothbrush heads are expensive. I recommend this toothbrush!

    The Walmart service was excellent. Product shipped on time and delivered earlier than initially indicated. The toothbrush I was pleased with overall. I have had more expensive ones in the past with a lot of bells and whistles. The reviews I read said those are not necessary and a waste of money. I totally agree. The brush itself does a great job better than the Panasonics. The only issue I have is that it is definitely noisier than I had expected.

    Powerful Toothbrush
    I thought my old electric toothbrush did a good job, until I tried this Oral B Pro 1000. The power is amazing and the small vibration every 30 seconds is handy too. I highly recommend this product.

    I love the set up for this electric toothbrush it does not take up so much space and the toothbrush itself works great. It's spin pretty fast and definitely brushes better than other toothbrushes i have tried.

    New Oral B Pro 1000 is a Big Downgrade
    New 1000 model is very slick and tough to hold with no rubber grips, has a loud & rough motor, battery level indicator no longer present, and has a downgraded battery that probably won't last. Recommend Oral B but spend more on a better model.

    The Pro 1000 Redesign is Very Slippery
    I had an old Pro 1000 that was on its last legs, so I decided to buy a replacement. I really liked it and it looked just like the two-tone toothbrush in the pictures, so I ordered it online. What arrived was an updated model, all hard-plastic black (or white/pink), shiny and very slick. It started out good, but once I got water on it, it immediately slipped out of my hand - I checked to see if there were any ridges or grips, but it's 100% slick and the way I flip around my toothbrush to switch angles, it slipped out of my hands 4 times in one session. The new design is crazy, as it's almost designed to make gripping it impossible, with no rubber grips or ridges like on all my previous Oral-B toothbrushes. There is also no battery charge level indicator like my old model and only a single pin-light to indicate charging. Nice unit otherwise, but I can't imagine what the designers were going for here.
