Great product and used for many years.
This is a standard for us for shrimp. However if you have shrimp without the shell it can be very very spicy for me. Normally I buy shell on and clean myself. Then use more spice. And it's great.

I love this Old Bay seasoning.
I used this old bay seasoning to marinate seafood, chicken and fish. I love it so much. Especially to mix with Cajun, Paprika, lemon pepper, butter and garlics on the shrimps. Here u go. I'm in love now.

It's a Classic If you haven't tried it you should
I have used this for years I needed anew one so ordered online since it wasn't in store for pick up. surprised it is in plastic now use to be in a tin the seating seems to be the same. I use it on homemade potato chips, grilled shrimp, French fries, and sometimes on chicken in the air fryer. Has just little spice that isn't overly hot but great flavor. As it says right in the name it is a Classic so If you haven't tried it you need to . If you like seasoned fries and want to make them at home this spice is a must. Then try it on your favorite fish to give it a new flavor. This is a must in your spice rack.

    Not Just for Shrimp anymore
I've always known that Old Bay is great for steamed shrimp. But, I wanted to try it on other things. Well, let me tell you, I now love it on chicken. Just sprinkle it on and bake it or... how ever you want to prepare it. It really can be used on anything just like any other seasoning. I also tried it on ground beef. Again, very tasty. I like to make my own mayo and I like to try different seasonings in it. Old Bay is a very unique flavor to try. It is not like any other spice or combination of spices. I would try it on almost anything, I think. And I intend to. I really made use of the tips and recipe ideas printed on the can. They are very useful. I also like that it's in a can, not a glass or plastic bottle or jar. The lid has 3 ways to dispense it: spoon, pour or sprinkle. Great for summer BBQ, too.

    Excellent Seasoning!
I've heard of Old Bay Seasoning for years but never took the occasion to purchase and try it. I've heard others rave about this seasoning, but as it seemed to be stressed mostly for seafood, and I'm not that big a seafood eater, I passed on it. Then I got my free sample. I have to say that I'm a convert. It boasts being for Seafood, Poultry, Salads and Meats. I've tried it with them all and am impressed. Who would think that a blend of Celery Salt, and spices (including Red Pepper and Black Pepper) and Paprika could be so good? Well I do now! I first tried adding it to my salad Vinargrette and it was delicious. Then on to adding it into the breading of some fried fish. I even tried it with Fried Green Tomatoes with great results. Next, some fried chicken, and finally some steak. I'm a convert! I can't wait to try it with even more things! I highly recommend this product

    A classic for a reason
Old Bay is the classic American seasoning for crab and shrimp boils from the North East to the South. A fish bake, low land boil, or beach side lobster bake just isn't the same without it. But don't miss the chance to sprinkle in potato salad, on grilled beef and chicken. Mix with melted butter to baste your turkey and in your battered fried chicken. It adds a pleasant zing to anything it's mixed with and naturally enhances the flavor of just about every savory dish. Old Bay is a regular on my kitchen table next to the salt and pepper shaker and Crystal hot sauce. If you like to use seasoned salt, you will love Old Bay.

    Classic Chesapeake Bay Seafood Seasoning
It’s easy to see why Old Bay has been popular for over 75 years, and why it appears on restaurant tables next to the salt and pepper. Its blend of flavors enhances anything just needing a little extra zing. Its primary ingredient is celery salt, with spices, including red and black pepper, and paprika. There’s just enough heat from the red pepper that makes it spicy, but not too spicy. My favorite use for it is instead of a dry rub on pork ribs, chicken or other grilled or roasted meats (try it on roast turkey!), and it’s an absolutely indispensable ingredient in a Low Country Boil (crab, shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, pearl onions, potatoes). It’s an excellent flavor addition to macaroni or potato salad, guacamole, deviled or scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, dips, clam chowder, tomato juice, and even popcorn – and of course simple boiled or steamed crab, lobster, shrimp or scallops. Eating healthy? Sprinkle a little Old Bay on half an avocado or spread the avocado and Old Bay on toasted bread. Low-sodium, “hot”, blackened, garlic/herb and lemon/herb versions are also available, as well as a prepared tartar sauce. There’s virtually no limit to its uses and I therefore highly recommend it.

    75 years and going strong...
It just so happened my wife had just made a batch of chicken salad and I had "Old Bay"seasoning to add to it. These folks have been making this seasoning for 75+ years now...main ingredients celery salt, red and black pepper, paprika and this secret ingredient of mixed spices which makes one of the best seasonings for Poultry,Seafood, Meats and salads....so as you can see by the pictures, I dusted my chicken salad sandwiches... and her ritz crackers with "Old Bay" and what a nice spicy taste with a hint of celery to the taste...I will always have this spice on hand...it's a great addition to your spice rack plus there are some great recipes and tips, on the can that are helpful in adding a great spice to your next meal...

    Great for crab cakes
Old Bay Seasoning Old Bay seasoning comes in a 6 ounce can which will probably last you a year or more. The seasoning is used for seafood, poultry, Seafood. Meats, Salads, basically everything. On the side of the container is a crab cake recipe. I have made these crabcakes according to this recipe and these are the best Maryland crab cakes I have ever eaten. They also gave you several other recipes for steamed shrimp, spicy marinated chicken, and steamed crabs. Basically you can use the seasoning for anything. I made the Spicy Marinated Chicken recipe on the Old Bay container and used it on a whole chicken tonight and put it in the oven and it was delicious, a little goes a long way. I also used it on a whole baking chicken. Old Bay Seasoning gave the chicken a nice golden brown covering. The chicken was moist and tasted wonderful. When boiling shrimp old bay seasoning in the water adds a delicious taste to the shrimp. This seasoning is made in the USA which is a selling point for me. The container is a bright yellow and red so easy to spot in my cabinet among the hundred other spices that all look alike.
