1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/06/2021Not a Good Experience!!Box was in great shape when delivered. When I came to installing the wheel I noticed it was flat. I tried to put air in the wheel but it would not hold the air. I had to replace the inner tube because it had a hole in it. That cost me $13.00. I finished the assembly of the machine and mixed the gas and oil and added it to start it. It started fine and the engine ran good but the broom did not spin. I took back apart to make sure it assembled correctly and it was. I reassembled and tried it again. The broom still did not spin. I took it to our local small engine repair man and he looked at it and tried it and said it is probably something in the crankshaft that is broke which is causing the broom not to spin. I ended up having to return it. Would not buy another one. Ended up costing me an additional $13.00 for a new inner tube that I wont get reimbursed for. If I could give zero stars that is what this would get. Spent over 8 hours with assembly, getting a new tube and installing it, taking it apart and reassembly, taking it to the repair guy who said it probably has something broken in the crank shaft and taking it back to Wal*Mart for a return. What a waste of time.Dean
