Easy to Use and Clean
The Ninja CREAMi is really pretty amazing. When I got it, I was excited about the possibilities, but also figured it would be a big hassle to clean. I couldn't have been more wrong. I tried it out with something simple, with fruit I already had on hand, and made banana sorbet. In the pics you can see how creamy the sorbet turned out, so much so that I could eat it with a plastic spoon. And I've shown in the pics the only parts that need to be cleaned afterward. The paddle rinsed cleaned easily, and the top lid that holds the paddle also rinsed clean easily. The pint container that the ice cream, sorbet, or whatever you make has an airtight lid that snaps on, so you can pop it in the freezer if you don't eat the entire contents right away. And it's just a simple plastic container, so will be easy to clean once empty. It does come with an extra pint container in case you want to make something else before you've emptied the first one. It comes with a recipe booklet, and you can literally make the most indulgent ice cream or even frozen alcoholic shakes, as well as healthy fruit sorbets or light ice cream. And it's so easy. With all of the recipes, they involve mixing and adding the contents to the pint container and freezing it for as many hours as the recipe specifies. Then you put the pint with the frozen mixture in the machine and creamify it on the proper setting. It took but a few minutes to turn my frozen mushed up bananas in the pint, into the creamy sorbet you see in my pics. I was truly amazed. And of course because it's a Ninja product, you know it's good quality. And also, it's quite beautiful to look at. I don't have anything negative to say about this product. If you like frozen treats, and especially if you're someone like me who wants to make light, lower calorie treats, you definitely want this!

Received a different machine then advertise
The the new ninja creamy machine that I received only has four mix options, but the brochure received with the machine and online shows six buttons plus mix in. the machine received is missing the gelato and the Smoothie Bowl option.

    Get One NOW!
I love my Ninja Creami. I love how I can take a protein shake and make it into delicious ice cream. My family fights over who gets ice cream every night because it comes with only two pints. LOL Walmart had the BEST price and the shipping is as good as Amazon. Amazon's price could not even come close.

    ice cream my way
This does take some research if you want the best results. Some recipes call for heavy whipping cream but I use half and half instead so you don't get that waxy feel on your tongue. You also need to research when to use each button... depending on the fat and sugar you use, you need to use different buttons. you should also nuke the frozen product for 30 seconds or leave it standing out on the shelf for 10 to 15 minutes before you cream it so it's not icy.

    Great Product
I'm very happy that I finally bought this product, the ability to make ice cream the way I want with the ingredients that I like it's perfect, although you're only freezing the ingredients the ninja creami shaves it to a perfect soft-serve consistency. The recipe guide that included has easy to follow instructions with Base recipes that can be easily altered for multiple flavors, I am very impressed and I use it continuously.

Love it but be patient! It is worth it in the end
I love it now I have figured out the best settings for my sugar free ice cream. If you have special needs like me, Be prepared for a couple spectacular fails before you fine tune it but it will be so worth it in the end. The containers you freeze the mix in fit easily in the freezer above the fridge. Cons: it is very very loud but it is shaving frozen stuff so not too surprising. It is also very tall so is limited where I can store it.

    Very Happy
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. Delivery was very fast. The first time I used it the ice cream came out like powder. I was disappointed so I joined a Creami Facebook group to look for answers. I just needed to add a bit more liquid and re-spin. I do that all the time now and my ice cream comes out smooth and delicious. I am a diabetic so I substitute the sugar with monkfruit. The taste is delicious and I am now able to eat ice cream without the sugar and all the carbs of commercial ice cream. The sky is the limit for flavours! My ice cream is healthy and it tastes better than store-bought! Buy one! You won't be disappointed!

Easy to Use! Works Well When Following Recipe
Pros: easy to use, easy to assemble, comes with 2 pints/2 lids, works well when following a recipe exactly Cons: heavy, large, needs specific fat/sugar ratios to work, doesn't take substitutions well The Ninja CREAMi is really great in a lot of aspects but doesn't work well when you modify or swap recipe ingredients. This machine is extremely easy to assemble and use. There aren't a lot of pieces and the instructions are clear and easy to understand; unless you need troubleshooting for things that don't exist. The first thing you do is wash the containers, lids, and blade. Then you proceed to browse the recipe guide and pick one out. For my first one I chose the No-prep inspiration chart, the brewed coffee and coffee creamer recipe. Since I don't use sugar or sugar substitutes, I just used plain heavy cream and coffee. This absolutely did not work. I froze it for 24 hours as instructed on a flat surface, I made sure my freezer was at the right temperature (-7 to 9 degrees). I proceeded to use the machine; it's super easy to place the lid on and lock it into place and then place the entire bowl into the machine and lock that in place. But the machine did not like what I chose at all. When the blade got to the bottom it fell off inside the pint. I later learned that if your sugar or fat proportion is too low (or too high) it will not work correctly. The end result was extremely powdery and crystalline and it was very hard to dig the blade back out. I later re-spun it by adding milk and using the milk-shake function and it was delicious but not the texture you would expect, still crystalline. For my second attempt I decided to follow a different recipe using the substitution guide and following it very carefully. I used their Dairy Free Pumpkin Ice-Cream recipe on their website. I swapped out oat milk for regular milk and coconut cream for heavy cream, and did use maple syrup as a sweetener so I could ensure it would work this time, since the ratio does matter. This time it worked, the blade didn't fall off but I was left with super crumbly powder, so I re-spun and it turned into ice cream! Super delicious and creamy. This machine is very tall, deep, and heavy, but not wide. It looks very nice sitting on the counter. I do like that it comes with two pints and two lids. If you have the ability to eat everything in the recipe and are able to follow it exactly then this machine is definitely a win. It functions well when you follow those fat and sugar ratios, but if you veer off the path and freestyle a recipe you will likely end up with something that doesn't work or isn't the texture you planned. All in all, this machine is very easy to use and it works well if you can eat everything in the recipe and you follow it exactly. I thought custom creations would be easier and that is not the case. So, if you have no dietary restrictions or limitations, I would absolutely recommend it!
