Overall the original and replacements are thin, flimsy and seem to be cheaply made. You people should know that remotes should be sturdy. Seems like you did not design it for everyday use. Little kids are tough on remotes....as well as adults. I am highly disappointed in the shoddiness of your remote.

    Don't bother
    I think Walmart sent me a used or refurbished item without telling me. It didn't come in a box or any kind of professional packaging. It was just in a clear bag with no manual. I tried using it and no matter what button I pressed, it would open up netflix.

    I received my remote but my vizio tv broke and I'm disappointed I can't used the remote I'm going to keep the remote just in case I get a new one for the future

    It's flimsy and sometimes the buttons sink into the frame but it has functioned well and set up was a breeze. Fragile egg shell like unit.

    Slow shipping
    Remote works great but took more than a week to get to me after constant delaysin shipping. This thing bounced around CA for a week, then Witchita and a couple of other places before finally getting to KC, and eventual to me. Reading the tracking system was like watching the movie "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles." I'll use Amazon next time.
