Love this prodcut
I got the microdermabrasion system at Walmart for the price this is a terrific product. I had a problem with my makeup looking flaky and knew i needed a good cleanser but my skin is sensitive. I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. This product is great on my skin leaves yours skin so soft and feeling good. It does improve the overall appearance of your skin and my makeup looks much better. Cannot afford a dermatologist this is the next best thing. I use it every other day. Thumbs up.

Great product
I love this at home system. It makes my skin so smooth. Its nice to be able to have something to use at home especially if you can't afford or go to spas or dermatologists to get these treatments.

I am so glad that I ordered refills for this little handheld miracle. I actually ordered these refills when I ordered the machine even though I didn't have much faith that the dermabrasion wand would actually work. Most products don't work when the company says they do or how the company says they will work but this one sure did. Boy am I glad I ordered these. The machine is awesome but I'm pretty sure it's these little pads or puffs, as they call them, which is doing most of the work. You just placed these little pads which are held onto the machine by what feels like Velcro but isn't. You do that just after you get this little puff wet and then you use it on your face. I'm not kidding when I say my face felt so soft when I was finished using these. That was after the very first use! Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the machine and thus extremely pleased with these little puffs. When I run out of these I will be purchasing more. Whatever you do, Neutrogena, please don't stop making these. I highly recommend. machine.Leslie

My skin was looking dull and although recently retired I found my days to be so full and busy that skincare was not being addressed. This system is a quick and refreshing way to ensure your skin is safely cleaned. The treatment feels so nice, light fragrance and soap is a plus. Instead I rely upon my own manual power for scrubbing my face and I don't see how the results could be any better. I am very pleased with the smoothness they leave and the feeling of being truly clean. It is a good idea to follow general directions for pattern of use.......... more use, I'm sure would be not good for the skin.... after all it does buff the facial tissues.femaleof78
