Great Product
This is a product I have used for many years and loved. Had a very hard time finding again in stores. Fortunately found online at Walmart. Love this mascara. Thank you Walmart online.

Very disappointed
I need a waterproof mascara because I must use eye drops 4 times a day. I used this the day after receipt (last week) and it was dry and left lots of clumps on my eyelashes. The brush wouldn't glide smoothly much less apply evenly. Sorry to give such a bad review. I'll call customer service today and request a tube that is freshly made. Doesn't Neutrogena have a system for knowing how old their product is before they ship it out? How long did this sit on a shelf?

    Good type of mascara
    This is a good waterproof mascara and goes on easily and removes easily. I find that it does not clump up for me and I really like it. Unfortunately the stores in my do not carry like they used to and I had to order it online.

    Healthy Volume black brown
    First, I really love this mascara, and have not been able to find it in stores recently for some reason, especially the black/brown. I like the larger size of the brush, and it adds volumes and definition without flaking or smudging. It stays put pretty well through the day. Safe for sensitive eyes. However, the latests tubes I have purchased seem to be a bit dried out inside. That would be my only complaint. I use the regular formula, not the waterproof because it is easier to wash off. I had to add some things to the tube (to give it more moisture) and put it in a cup of hot water to get it to be less dry. My only request would be to get it back to the original formula where it has the moisture to go on smoothly.

    Favorite mascara
    This mascara is wonderful. It doesn't bother my eyes, and it looks great. Creates thick lashes without needing tons of coats. Also doesn't flake off during the day

    Pros and Cons
    Like most waterproof mascaras, I end up with black rings under my eyes. I've stopped putting it on my lower lashes and the rings aren't quite as bad. However, it doesn't bother my eyes like other mascaras, so for now, I'll continue to use it. I hope they bring back their non-waterproof mascara.

    I found a winner!
    Lengthens my lashes and more importantly, never clumps. No need to keep looking for a better mascara. I ran out and couldn't find this in stores and resorted to a new mascara from a different brand. I hated it and finally had to order the Healthy Volume mascara online. I know better than to try a different mascara again.

    Love it!!
    I love this mascara so much!! I've been using it for years. It keeps my lashes soft and it is not clumpy. I've tried many others and none came close to comparing. This is my favorite by far!

    Absolute waste of money!!!
    Wow...This has got to be the absolute worst mascara you can buy or should I say waste money on - $7.50. The mascara was basically all dried up. I could barely get the brush to go into the container. I think the cap that they put on the mascara container does not serve its purpose. These pictures are when I first opened the brand new package- NO JOKE. I could not rate lower than ONE star but I would have if given the option. Move on to another brand and save your money.

    Best mascara
    I have been using this mascara for years! It is the best. Never clumps and gives fullness and length. Very natural looking. I don't like the “spider leg” look. Comes off easy too!
