Great face wash!
I have been using this face wash for years. It's the best combination of a gentle cleanser with just a little bit of exfoliating beads to remove dry skin. I have very dry acne prone skin, and this cleanser has been the absolute best for me for years!

New formula: falsely advertised and harsh on skin
This product used to be amazing. I've been using it for nearly a decade. This is the new formula and note that the second ingredient is alcohol. I typically hold higher expectations for neutrogena. Unacceptable, truly.

    This foaming scrub is an amazing product that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an effective yet gentle exfoliator. This scrub is perfect for those with oily skin. It doesn't feel rough or abrasive when applied. The foaming formula makes it easy to apply and it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed. It also has a pleasant scent that lingers on my skin long after I've rinsed it off. Overall, I am very happy with this product and will definitely be repurchasing it in the future.

    Can't ever go wrong with Neutrogena ! It definitely cleans the face in a cooling refreshing way. Has a cooling effect that makes you aware that it's really cleaning every bit of dirt off your face. Highly recommend

    New formula change, you'll use 50% more each time
    Changed the formula without any messaging, now takes more product to clean same surface area. I blame Neutrogena, not Walmart for this as I'd never had known until using product and can't expect Walmart to endlessly test every product they sell to try keeping their vendors honest. I'd expect better from N as well. Cleaning ability seems about the same but you need to use more of the product for same skin coverage. It's a higher viscosity, and more oily out of the container than before. It's much, much harder to work into a lather on your hands before applying to your face, and you'll use at least 50% more of it than before. Not to be paranoid, but was that N's intention here to increase sales? Comparing my last 3 containers of this over the last several months, to 10 years of using what has been sold as exactly the same product. Doesn't seem like I got a one off lemon, and I feel like I know this product at least as well as any other user.

    A great oil free exfoliating scrub!
    The Nutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub is a great exfoliator. This is an oil free product, which is important for many skin types and oil free is often difficult to find. This beta hydroxy formula cleans deep down into pores removing dirts and oils and leaves your skin feeling super soft, smooth, and clean. The gentle exfoliators remove dull, dead surface skin. It has a foaming creamy lather that easily rinses clean leaving your skin feeling softer, smoother, and refreshed. It is so gentle and easy on your skin that it can be used daily. It comes in a 4.2 fluid ounce squirt bottle and should last awhile as a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this product.

    I generally use St. Ives Apricot facial scrub but my daughter can't use it because it contains crushed nut shells and unfortunately most facial scrubs that I looked at contained some variation of nut shells which she is allergic to. This one doesn't. I got it for my daughter with the hopes that if she liked it she would continue to use it. Personally, I loved it. It smelled like oranges to me and it wasn't all gritty like the one I usually use, but it left my face clean and feeling refreshed. My daughter used it a few times but she isn't into the whole facial scrub thing, but since the tube is half gone and I've only used it twice. I'm pretty sure she likes it too or else she wouldn't keep using it. This is a good product for those people who can't use the other brands because of allergies of some kind or another. I like that the scent isn't strong or overwhelming. It's the quality I expect from Neutrogena.

    I like this face wash
    To me, Neutrogena has always had products that dry my skin out. But they also clean my face, so I have fewer pimples and blackheads. Neutrogena's Deep Clean Gentle Scrub is oil free. I really enjoy the exfoliators that are within the cleaner. They do make my skin smoother. And it has a good smell. You don't need to use very much for each cleaning. A little bit goes a long way. When I did use too much, I was rinsing my face for awhile trying to get it to rinse off. Just use a little, and it's perfect. This will dry out your face, so I have only been using every other night. And each morning I use a face moisturizing cream.

This face scrub is mild enough for everyday use and specially formulated for sensitive skin. This creamy exfoliating scrub helps deep clean pores and leaves skin softer, smoother, and refreshed after just one use. The unique dermatologist-tested formula contains gentle exfoliators to exfoliate dull, dead surface skin. Beta hydroxyl acids penetrate deep into pores to remove blackhead-causing dirt and oil. The rich, foaming lather rinses clean and is non-comedogenic. I found this product to be gentle to my face and my face did not feel dried out as with other scrubs. It was very gentle and my face felt good while being washed. I recommend this product not only for people with problem skin as I have but for people who want to prevent problem with their skin.
