Grandson Loves It!!
My 12 year old grandson loved playing with this Nerf toy!! I will definitely continue getting him any Nerf guns he asks for because he loves them so much!

Bad quality control
Although it is a brand new product, there are many scratches on the surface of the product. Walmart should improve quality control, and such quality of will reduce consumer confidence in Walmart's online shopping.

    Recent line of hammershots seem to be poorly made
    It's hit or miss with the hammershot because you might get one that's made well but you might not - 50/50 chance. I'm not sure if Hasbro changed where or how they're manufactured, but they don't shoot as hard as ones from a couple of years ago. Weak shots especially if you use the more accurate waffle head darts. If you don't mind poor performance, they're fun to dual wield.

    Great choice
    I bought 3 hammershot blasters for my two grandsons and their father for Christmas. I based my selection on the reviews by prior purchasers. They all gave these great reviews and after purchasing them and seeing them in using I totally agree. I wish I had bought one for myself. Had I not read the reviews, I would have bought larger guns that were reviewed with a complaint of jamming.

    I ordered 2 of them and they are awesome I already knew they were going to be they work great. I had previously ordered 2 from amazon for the same price and I had been waiting for then to ship for over a month and then I ordered them from Walmart for pick up the next day and I got them and canceled my amazon order

    Great hvz sidearm
    This nerf blaster is extremely compact as well as the hanmer action makes it dual wield quite nicely. Holsters for it are cheap and of high quality. No malfunctions or jams as well. Accepts mods and springs nicely. It lives up to its reputation of being one of the best nerf blasters, up there with the stryfe and stampede.

    My son loves it!
    As others have said, it is a little hard for a child to pull back the orange thing on the top of the handle to spin the barrel, and so occasionally the nerf bullets come halfway out and get stuck. However it is easy to fix and it has not stopped my 7 year old's enjoyment of this toy.
