    For my peace of mind!
    Appreciate the size and capacity. Should provide backup boost to any dead vehicle battery, as needed. It fully charged via a standard usb charger port, but have ordered the associated power cube to insure that the full voltage is being applied to the unit for charging. Fairly easy to use, comes with operating instructions that describe how to use, charge, and what the indicators mean. Battery terminal alligator clamps are strong, sturdy, and will easily clamp to the vehicle battery terminals for the needed boost to get the vehicle started. Hope the I do not have to use it, but appreciate the peace of mind that it provides.

    Powerful, compact, and easy to use.
    After considerable internet research, we picked this to replace an old battery booster that didn't work even for small car dead batteries. A week after purchase, we needed it, and our very dead Honda started right up! We love the compact size and light weight. And lots of side features adding value to its main purpose.

    Great tool, I highly recommend it.
    I am very impressed with this jump starter, it's compact, powerful, a must have if you travel. I had an 18 month old battery in my f150 with a 5.0L that was failing, sometimes it would crank sometimes not. This spring in the desert we stopped in the middle of nowhere, came back to the truck and it wouldn't crank, not a good feeling, luckily after turning off all accessories and a 15 minute wait it cranked just enough to start. Since then l decided to buy this jump starter, it boosted the dead battery as though it was brand new. I bought a new battery for the truck. But my lawn tractor battery is DEAD dead so I use the jump starter to start it, I don't want to buy a new battery for it this late in the season. I will never travel again without my jump box.

    Broke from day one
    Would not fully charge out of the box. Emailed NOCO and they said it was a battery unbalanced issue and after a few charges it should be OK. Yea, by then it will be out of warranty and still may not charge. A $200 jump starter should have all the batteries balanced before it's sold. Returned it and bought an Audew 1500 (a bit less, but still plenty ) unit that fully charged fully and has a well built soft storage bag. The NOCO bag was cheap and thin nylon- almost useless. I Bought online and made sure it was a WALMART sold item and not a 3rd party seller that they also sell like Amazon. You can in store returns both, but if sold by Walmart you get your credit card refund within days not weeks. Walmart should refund all purchases from their online store then go after the customer for reimbursement. They sold it on their website, so they should take responsibility for refunding too.

    Great jump box.
    I jumped 3 cars with 4 cyl or V6 engines that batteries were so dead unit did not recognize the battery. All 3 cars started like I had installed a new fully charged battery. Also started a V8 that was barely turning over after it had been overheated, engine had to crank for 5-6 seconds before starting. All these were done before unit reached charge state of 75%. 2 of the small cars were started twice after owner shut engine off as soon as car started.
