Goodbye rental charges....
Compatible with Cox internet, easy to self-install with enclosed step by step directions. Best pricing available when compared to other online retailers. Ordered online with convenient store pickup. Had previously purchased (then returned) an Asis modem which was not only an awkward shape, but lit up the room like a disco dance party; this unit is sllim, eliminates the need for two different pieces of equipment, and the lighting is non- obtrusive. Very happy with this cable modem router combination!!!

seller sent rrecertified product instead of new. nowhere in listing it says its recertified. Also it came from amazon with gift receipt not form seller warehouse.

    Total Garbage!
    i bought this "new" modem that showed up in a plan brown box, unlike the one in the photo, and a note saying it was "refurbished". the modem did turn on but refused to let me connect with the internet. 5 days after letting AMERICAN CONTAINER, INC. know about the problem, still no word about getting my money back. never buying from AMERICAN CONTAINER, INC. ever again!

    Third party seller and the item was refurbished! Big surprise! Xfinity would not give me a warranty since the seller is not authorized! I had to return the item and it's been now 17 days after I have shipped it and still didn't get my credit back.

    keeps disconnecting comcast said its the modem sick of this crap says certified for comcast but it is not works a lil when u first get it then wont goes on n off stops for hrs before coming back on

    A good investment a good value easy to install
    I had no idea how powerful 5g is . The router is a great investment. I would recommend the netgear router /WiFi if your having buffering issues or if your current router is an older model. Yes

    left Fios to go with Spectrum. I liked the fact that I can use my own router, so no leasing fee. This little gem work's great. Draw back it only has two internet port's. So I just added Linksys to the router to give me more outlets. Works great with everything I need connected.

    Horrible product and warranty policy
    I purchased this product September 15 2016 , the device started having issues with internet connection activity. It drops connection every 10 minutes for about 30 seconds at a time. I called netgear customer service and they are unable to help mebecaus i accidentally registered it under January. First of all a product that has issues within a month is a warning sign, second they cannot help me with out proof of purchase if you no longer have a receipt like me. The warranty is for only 90 days as well. I will be returning to walmart and never buying a netgear product again

    Quick delivery. Good product. Note that this modem does not have a phone connection so if you have a TWC phone it won't work. Have to use their modem for phone. A little problem getting it set up with TWC but works well now.

    Like it. but
    Like it and it saves $15 a month off Time Warner internet service so it'll pay for itself quickly. But it's sometimes slower than Verizon was. Don.t know if it's the ROUTER or perhaps the speed I got from Time Warner. Or both.
