GREAT MOWER
This item has bagging and/or side shoot for clippings. Tall grasses are cut with ease. I like the fact I don't have a primer bulb or throttle to start the machine or to adjust the motor speed. Height adjustments on wheels are easy to use. I recommend this mower to anyone that wants a simplified grass mowing machine.

damaged lawn mower
When I received the product , the handle on the lawn mower was bent. I called customer service & they told me that they did not have another one in stock, therefore they would give me a 53.00 credit., & that I still had 90 days to see if I still wanted it. If Iwas not satisfied that they would send someone to get the lawn mower & then they would give me a full refund.

    Great Mower!
I have only used this mower one time since I purchased it a few weeks ago but so far I am really impressed with it. It was easy to put together and it started first pull. Just be sure to check the oil before use like the instructions say. Mine had no oil in it but the oil was provided in the box with the instruction manual. The grass that I had to cut was very thick and high but this mower had no problems cutting through it at all. It has plenty of power and is really light to push. I like the fact that you can use the bag or cut without it if desired. This mower is one of the best purchases that I have made and the price is reasonable for a mower this nice!

    GREAT & lightweight
Very good mower used it 20 times so far and it starts up every single time with one pull, also this mower is very lightweight, the way it mulches is very nice I have it set on 3 to cut. Price was good I would buy this model instead of the one below this one you get a bigger motor 6.25 for ($214.00 )which cost maybe $40 more then the step below is 5 .50 for ($172.00) and you get the big wheels which keeps the lawn even and get a bag to. I would recommend buying this lawn mower. ☺

    2nd Murray in 20 yrs.
First Murray with a Briggs and Stratton lasted me 20 yrs. mowing a little more than a 1/4 acre. So far so good with this one haven't had to pull more than once to start it. Smooth and quiet. Little bit of trouble keeping the side discharge piece on it in rougher terrain. But the mulching blade and the bag option has kept me from worrying about it. Hopefully won't need another for 20 more yrs. Ordered on line, picked it up within the hour, and the CS rep was friendly and more than helpful.

    Best mower I've ever used!
The mower arrived this week, and today was the first time I used it. I was surprised with how easily it started on the first pull. The engine is much quieter than previous mowers, just as advertised. It is my first mower with the 11 inch rear wheels, and I did find it an easy push and easier to navigate turns and corners. Also, I transport the mower between two locations, and I was able to easily remove the T-bolts, fold in the handle, and stow in the trunk of my mid-sized sedan for transport. (My previous mower protruded such that I had to keep the trunk partially open during transport.) I use the mulch configuration rather than side or bag discharge, and the smooth cut was such that there were no streaks of grass to rake as with my last mower. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this mower to anyone.

    Very Nice Mower
Purchased this mower as a replacement for one that I'd had for thirteen years. I was surprised at how light it was compared to my old machine. Very little assembly required. Started on first pull after adding oil (included) and gas. The bag looks small, but holds a lot of grass. The mower is easy to push, and the design allows for cutting close to fences from either side. Quality appears to be good, but time will tell. The 150CC engine provides plenty of power. The price was about $80 less than comparable bigger brand mowers.

    Essential for Urban Homeowners!
Great packaging, simple assembly. Started on the second pull. I've mowed twice since, starts on the first pull!!! Very nice mower for a city yard. I use it in the mulching mode and it works great, no rows of clippings left on the lawn. Easy to push and maneuver. Highly recommended; you can't go wrong with a Briggs and Stratton engine and a solid stamped-steel Murray deck. Great value that will last for decades, if not a lifetime. Great value.

Excellent lawnmower -- but assembly is challenging
I had my previous Murray for over 15 years, and it was great, especially for the price, $99. When I went to replace it about five years ago, I was disappointed that Murray was no longer in production. I was never really satisfied with the replacement I bought. Then, last year, I saw that Murrays were back. I researched them and settled on this model. I especially like that I have three options for handling my clippings: bagging, mulching, and side discharge. I'm not a big fan of mulching, as it does not degrade as well or quickly as I would like, and my turf builds up well above my sprinkler heads. So I like being able to bag and dispose of my clippings. The only problem I have had so far was with the assembly. While assembly is minimal, mostly consisting of setting up the handle, the process was challenging, as the openings are tight. But if you take your time and see where your T-bolts are hanging up, the results will be excellent. This lawn mower seems to be sturdy and well made. The instructions for both the engine and the mower itself are well written, and the engine is 50% larger than on my first motorcycle. I'm glad that Murray is back in production.
