I gave 5 stars because they taste a lot better than I expected. As far as an increase in my milk supply, I've been consistently eating these for 2 weeks, I've noticed my milk supply has a slight increase but nothing major. These aren't magically cookies, so definitely stay hydrated and eat your protein.

bummed out , didn't work for me
I bought these to try to increase my milk supply so I can have a stash so I dont gotta wake up every 3 hours to pump, ive been eatting 2 to 3 packs a day and there has been a decrease in my supply , no increase at all, its disappointing because I paid almost 19$ for a large box, what a waste of money!

    Honestly did not help my milk supply much. I pumped a good amount only once after eating, then my supply decreased again. But this chocolate salted caramel flavor is indeed very tasty.

    I absolutely love these! The taste is great and they are perfect bite size so minimal crumbs. They are more on the crunchy cookie side which I normally don't like but I like these a lot!

    The taste is good that's about as much I can say good about this. I bought 14 boxes of the eight packs and have been eating them like crazy I have been eating three to four day just to try to get my milk supply up and have seen absolutely no difference

    I was put on medication for depression a few weeks after giving birth. My supply was up to 5oz a pump until I was put in the meds then I went down to 2ish a pump. The cookies and pumping 10 min every hour brought it up to 3.5oz. The doctor told me some women even “dry up” while on these meds so I'm 100% the cookies and tea have kept me at 3.5 and I wanna thank y'all so much. P.s. the berry tea is so good and it's also pretty! Lol

    For nursing mothers, this definitely a life saver. After losing milk production, I started using these cookies, after the first pack milk production went from 1 oz per breast to a healthy 4oz.. I couldn't be happier..

    They actually work!
    They actually work. I've been using them for six months on and off as needed. I actually really like the taste too and I'm not usually a fan of oatmeal cookies because I feel like if I wanted to eat healthier just eat a bowl of oatmeal and give me some chocolate chip cookies, but these are really delicious.

    Disappointing product!
    I am very disappointed in this product. I bought two bags after reading people's reviews but unfortunately this product didn't help me at all. The taste was awful, but I ate them in hopes of producing milk for my daughter, but no such luck. Waste of money.

    These cookies are delicious I ate one pack and ordered more lol I purchased the oatmeal raisin because I'm not much of a chocolate fan .. I don't know if they're helping my milk supply yet because I just bought them but they are very tasty regardless..
