First one I bought, broke..
But, Walmart was great and replaced the item. I think just overall this is a terrible design by ford. On a side no, buying it from Walmart is significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

    Motorcraft is a trusted name in Ford auto parts. This particular item was pretty easily reolaced without the high cost of a mechanic. It works fine, just seems a little stiff the first couple of times turing the knob. Otherwise, it does its job.
