Putting It Together
This playyard is a very sturdy one with a lot of features including: a bassinet, a changing table, an elevated sleeping area for a growing baby, and a playpen for later on. The only difficulty is in putting it together. You must read the directions carefully! For those who do not like the Suffocation Hazard stickers in the bassinet, those can be removed with a seam ripper that can be purchased in the sewing department at Walmart. However, if you are one who would forget about the dangers of adding a pillow, comforter, or mattress for padding, leave the warning in there!

Not the best quality...
We were excited to try this play yard but as soon as we took it out from the carton box, we realized it stank badly and it was not a good start. Assembly was quick though, we have experience with other cribs and even without reading the instructions, we were able to figure out the setup. We liked the side storage pockets which will come in handy. The play yard is not as sturdy as other cribs we used in the past and I was surprised to see that there is fabric on the baby napper and on the lower play pen area. I understand it's soft to make babies feel comfortable but with the common leaking accidents happening to babies, this is going to be hard to clean, especially the play yard base. We decided to test how easy it was to put it back in the storage bag and it was a challenge, even if the infant bassinet flip over changer isn't supposed to be inside it. We couldn't go past the smell this crib had, it didn't feel like a safe item to use with a baby.

    It's exactly as the picture shows. The padding in the bassinet is the softest %26 fluffiest thing. My newborn loves it. It's ike a little cloud for him. I'm in love with it all together. It looks super nice %26, clean all around. Im obsessed.

    I bought this pack n play because it was stylish and gender neutral. I liked it has the bassinet and changing table but my baby didn't like to sleep in the bassinet the pad isn't vary padded

    Nice and convenient playpen
    Love the look of the playpen. Love it. Didn't know where the instructions were cause I didn't open the mat up at first but found them finally tucked away on the bottom of the mat. The only thing That stops me from giving it a five star is that you can't take off the bassinet on top and use it in the house like some of the others that actually have legs . Otherwise I think this is the cutest most convenient playpen ever if you could have that to use.

    All-in-one! Absolutely LOVE!!!
    I love this playpen! I've had a couple of different ones that were more basic, but this one truly surpasses them. The look is gorgeous and the functionality is even more than I expected too. I want to say it's like there are three tiers, bottom, middle, and top. The bottom is like a regular playpen in size, but seems to be more sturdy. It also has bowed legs which appeal to the eye and also keep the baby from falling into such a sharp corner. The bottom of the middle is about a foot above the lowest tier. You have to remove the mat from the lowest tier, attach the middle braces (poles), zip the fabric to hold the tier secure, and then place the mat down inside of it. This level is like a shortened playpen whereas the bottom layer is completely lowered. The top tier is where the bassinet and changing table are clipped and secured. This is at the very top of the playpen. Each part clips and locks into place with three latches, one small at the front, one small at the back, and one big on the side. When not in use, they can be lowered to the side with the big clip or completely taken off. Both have a nice feel to the bottom, but the bottoms are not removable. I would suggest making sure there is and added layer of protection between the baby and the bottom so that it can be removed and washed when needed. The bassinet has a very soft and comforting fabric. There is also a removable canopy that has soft toys attached to it too. On the outside of one side of the playpen, there are pockets for storage. On the very bottom, one side has legs while the other has wheels. This allows the playpen to easily be mobile or stationary. The wheels also have an additional stability appendage which I have not seen on other playpens. And lastly, there is a carrying case. When not in use, the playpen can be folded and placed into the case for easier transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this playpen!

    The Monbebe Flex Deluxe Play Yard does honor to the word “deluxe” in its name. From the moment you open the box, you can see right away that this is going to be a good item and a great addition to your nursery. It is well packaged, and the materials feel durable. The play yard is packaged within its own mattress (as others are), and there is a packet that includes the basinet/baby changing station. The mattress is so soft and pretty. It is navy blue and so shiny. I love it. The borders of the play yard have a design within them, and while I had to fuss a bit with it, I was able to get it open and setup quickly, after I got the hang of it. It is even easier than my previous one, which my pumpkin already broke. He is a toddler, but I still use a play yard so he can sleep downstairs in the living room (we have a dog who just wants to smell everyone), or when we were (is Winter now) outside. Sometimes he needs a nappy place, and this is perfect. He moved his stuff animals, blankies and a pillow immediately inside. Be it for your own child, or as a gift, this play yard is fantastic. It looks and feels “deluxe”. It is also practical, with a basinet/baby changing station and its storage pockets. It also brings a canopy for the bassinet with toys. Another huge plus is that Monbebe has partnered with a nonprofit called Watsi, to help support life changing surgeries. According to their site, they have helped 158 patients. I think that this is an amazing thing that they are doing.

    Great once it's up
    It took 2 people 3 hours to put it together and 2 people 30 minutes to take it down. The instructions are included and easy to read but one component needs to work with another and 2 people need to do it. Once its up, its super sturdy and multifunctional. The fabric is soft enough for a baby but durable to withstand a baby's destruction. The color is pretty dark blue without the camo design taking over, it will work for a girl or boy. When it's time to travel, the locking mechanism is hard to push and take down without the help of somebody else. You have a travel bag for the main playpen but will have to break down the bassinet and changing table to get it in the bag to only start over when it's time to set it back up.

    GREAT pack n play!
    I love this play yard! I have two other pack 'n plays that I use in places that aren't my home. This one is for traveling and it's amazing! The size is perfect (it's the usual size, but the way the corners are shaped, it somehow feels bigger!) It's very easy to use and very nice looking! I will say that my kids are both too old to use the baby attachments, so I haven't actually use them, but I took them out to look at them and they are REALLY nice! They are good quality and very stable once attached. The bag is big enough to hold most, if not all, of the attachments. I LOVE the pockets on the size...great for holding diapers and wipes. I also really like that the mattress velcros onto the bed (my other ones don't do that). This is a really good, quality play yard.

    This play yard has many features. It has pockets on one end to store diapers or wipes or little toys. It has a bassinet and a changing area which can flip off to the side when not in use. Also has a raised area for when the baby is still little/immobile. I did find it difficult to put together the bassinet and changing area so it isn't like a simple pack n play that I would want to take down and put up frequently. I also dislike that the bassinet piece is a soft material and cannot put a sheet over it so if it gets dirty or spit up on it, you will have to scrub it. Overall though, I think it will be very handy to have as it does have many features.

    This playpen is a must have for newborn. Not only is it durable but also gorgeous. The faux leather sticking adds a unique touch to the playpen. This is the first playpen I owned that isn't bulky or takes up a whole bunch of space. It was easy to put together in 10 minutes I didn't even need to follow the instructions. The bassinet is comfy for the baby the only thing is can only hold up to 15lbs. My son is less than 15lbs but he is long and when I put him in his legs touch the end and he doesnt have much room to wiggle. The bassinet can be removed if you don't need it. I love the changing station its not yo high or too low that it hurts my back. And its sturdy enough tohold My son. I would recommend this playpen to any mom looking for one. You can use it for your newborn and as they grow you can remove the bassinet and use the lower section for playing and sleeping.
