Good price, but no way to measure how much you need. Then, if you're changing oil on a vehicle, theres know where to put the old oil. Not worth the few pennies saved.

    Not convenient
4 things to consider 1- the box I bought did not have the correct amount of oil, short 2 qts 2- nowhere to dump your oil for recycling….need a container 3- you need an additional oil can to measure what you are putting in. 4- once the box is empty, remove the bladder and there is still 1/2 qt left

    Short a few quarts.
Didn't seem like it had 12 quarts in it. My truck uses 8 quarts and the guy at the shop said there was only one quart left over.

    Cheaper to do it yourself!
This box with tax gives you a quart of oil for $4.46! I own 5 vehicles and change the oil myself. If I was to change all the vehicles at once I would need 28 quarts. 28 x 4.46 = $124.88. Let's add $10 for each filter and that is a total of $174.88 to change the oil on 5 vehicles. I do this twice per year so $349.76. Let's say I decided to get all my changes at Walmart (and they use inferior Fram filters) I would spend $47.62 per oil change for each of my sedans (of which I have 4) and then $77 for my truck. So $47 .62 x 8 for the sedans is $380.92 annually. Then $77 x 2 for my truck is $144. 380.92 144= $524.92. So I save about $175 per year - that doesn't include my labor - but I don't have to make appointments or wait in line. I don't have to deal with salesman trying to up-charge , i.e "you need and air filter and cabin filter". I know it's done right and I have peace of mind. Now imagine the cost if I took it to a dealer, local shop or other place. Many of the 10 minute oil change places use "synthetic blend". That is a much cheaper oil and they use the cheapest filters - usually Fram. If you get a Mobil1 full synthetic with a Mobil1 filter your looking at at least $75 bucks per oil change - plus disposal feee, plus waiting, plus making an appointment, plus having to deal with a salesman. So let's say I took all of my 10 oil changes per year to a local dealer of local shop and averaged $75 per change - that's $750! My cost is <$400! Here's my advice - go to internet and look up how to change the oil on your vehicle and do it yourself. You may need to buy a set of box wrenches, ramps and an oil receptacle. Some vehicles (like my 2013 Toyota ) require a special tool to get to the oil chamber. I bought mine on-line for under $15 back in the day. I've had my auto ramps for 30 years, my wrench set for 30 years my oil pan for 30 years and my special oil chamber wrench for 8 years. These things last forever. Good luck. You can do it!

Bag in a box just like your favorite wine!
I love this new bag in a box. I kept an old i 5 quart jug and use it as a measuring container. just fill it to the line and dump it in the car.

    Good product
Not as convenient as the regular jugs of Mobil 1, but I guess it's helping to save the environment. Oh well. Also can do a couple cars with each box.

    Mobil One
Cant go wrong with Mobil One The 12 qt box is a little difficult to use but if you have a 5 quart bottle you can transfer oil to it for pouring

Great value...a little more work. In a wine box like container. But such a good deal. And less messy that the 5qt. Also stays airtight.
