A Great Workout in a Small Space!
I love this machine! You can feel the burn within the first 3 minutes of your workout. No joke. I absolutely love using this stepper listening to music. You get into a perfect rhythm. It's easy to take anywhere you go. While I'm using it and I get a little tired, I'm able to just stop as I'm on it in mid-step and just stand on it evenly. Again, perfect machine.

    Good little stepper
    I bought this because I will be working from home and wanted something small to use during the day, to get up and move. This is good little stepper, it was easy to put together. It is quiet, has just the right pressure for me to push against. Does not take up the bulky space of the big treadmills.

    Efficient little machine
    So I got this since I'm stuck mostly at home and going to the gym with a mask is absolute misery since I get hives all over my face so I've put on significant weight. I tried it for around ten minutes the first time and I can say I feel my heart rate go up. As a person who rarely works out this machine makes it so easy to use and you really get a good workout on it.

    I used it for a week and I am so happy about it. No assembly except adding the resistance bands and the black knob that adjusts the step height. Its also super quiet-almost no sound at all. As a person who rarely works out this machine makes it so easy to use and you really get a good workout on it...the whole family uses it.
