great towels for cleaning
I picked up a pack of these towels 3 months ago and used them to wash walls in my new house. They are absorbent and hold the soapy water in the cloth and when I have to wring out and use for wiping the soap off the walls, they are perfect. I have never used a material like this before and I highly recommend it now. When I saw that Walmart had the pack on sale for $5 I went into the store to pick up a pack but since they were out, I had to order on line at the sale price. Got 2 packs just in case.

Please don't buy these towels. I'm being honest.
I'm giving you my whole hearted honest fact, that these towels are terrible if your using them to wash your car. Don't even let that cross your mind. Buy some real microfiber towels that cost $2 more, or whatever. Spend the extra money, or you'll end up with swirls and scratches just to end up with a $700 paint job on the hood alone.
These towels are cheap and will damage your clear coat which will in turn expose your paint!
I beg you, if your reading this, just stay away from these towels. Even after following professional care procedures for these towels, they become scratchy and rough, even if you dip them in the soap bucket, they're still scratching the paint job.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/19/2014Excellent towels 4 dishes/working-out/cleaning/etcFirst things first, I have ALWAYS washed these towels first BEFORE ever using. I have never had any lint get on skin, glass, etc. I mostly use these for kitchen duties, washing dishes, drying, and wiping down counters. I like the fact that they come in 2 different colors Light Blue and White. This way I don't mix-up drying with washing...etc. I also bought a set for my son who enjoys intense workouts and SWEATS like you would not believe. He like to dry his face and neck with these (keep in laundry room). There are super absorbent and they wash like a dream (even with Clorox bleach). I also ordered a set for my Mother-In-Law and she enjoys them, too. I have also used for dusting. They work great and never get hard or scratchy. This is an excellent multi-purpose towel. I say try it and keep your receipt IF you decide to return them. I hope the price remains on the economical side.HolyghostgirlVA

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/09/2014Excellent Washcloths, Too!!!!I bought these as washcloths for my wife and myself. The microfiber material acts like an extremely fine "derma-abrasion" cloth to remove surface layers about to fall away. The skin is then very smooth, clean, and ready for oil or lotion to be applied. Try it -- you will see!42club

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/24/2013Very cheapI'm considering throwing these away they are so bad, but i'll likely keep them and use them for something non auto related. These are super thin, not very soft, and don't have nearly enough 'pouch' to trap dirt and debris left on the paint. These have made thousands of micro scratches in my clear coat, which I've never had a problem with before using this towel. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a better set of towels, otherwise you'll kick yourself every time and see your baby all scratched up. If you want to use these for interior use (cleaning dash, etc.), they're probably fine for that.Hairypirate

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/28/2012Not for glassI'm sure these are fine for general cleaning, but if you want to clean glass (say, in eyeglasses) be sure to get the the Microtex Microfiber Glass Towels (they're green, come two to a package, are in the same section as these). Unlike the glass towels, these towels leave behind very fine lint, which is not what you want when you're cleaning glass.ottdot

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/13/2012These are the BESTI have a house cleaning business and have tried lots of products including different microfiber cloths. These "ole cheapos" simply perform outstanding. I was to Walmart yesterday and they didn't have any, I was so bummed, I said if Walmart stops carrying thse cloths, I will have to close my business. I make serious money with these cloths (in about 9 hrs. of cleaning I make almost $400) cause you can clean so fast and without hardly any harsh cleaners. For example, wiping greasy kitchen cabinets, etc. just mild dishwater and one of these do the job. Or just water and one of these. These cloths do leave behind lint or dust when wiping up sometimes, so to eliminate that problem, I do wash these seperately to avoid lint problems and always double rinse them. Once you have some "very used" ones, those work great for windows, just a small spray of window cleaner or just water and wipe with this and you're done. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!Factotem
