These are NOT Microsoft manufactured controllers!!
These are a knockoff controller NOT manufactured by Microsoft even though the picture shows that they are! The part number (52A00004) is not what was shipped. I paid for Microsoft controllers and expected REAL controllers. I could have bought these for half the price if that's what I wanted.

    More expensive than an aftermarket, but worth it.
    Simply put, while aftermarket versions of a wired 360 controller might be cheaper, the Microsoft official model is worth what you pay for. It's feels a bit more substantial and well built, as well as having better feeling analog sticks. I have both aftermarket controllers and OEM models. Both work just fine. However, remember that, more often than not, you get what you pay for.

    Good controller at decent price
    It's about half the price of an Xbox One controller. If you plan to use it for your PC there is no real reason to pay twice the price for an Xbox One controller. Don't roll the cord up though because it is prone to messing the wires inside up and then you have to hold it a certain way for it to work.

    Perfect for computer gaming
    Instant plug n' play Plays with all of my steam games. The cord is very long The usb adapter on the end doesnt really make sense, but since the chord is so long and it's pretty tight and shouldnt be easy to unplug accidentally.

    Perfect for a PC controller!
    I use it as a PC controller and it works for all games. My old one which was 3rd party was cutting off randomly but the official one doesn't have that problem. Also the rumble works.

    Works great. Don't buy 2
    We purchased two of these for my two sons for my Xbox 360. We hooked up one controller and it worked great then we tried adding the second one work. We called Microsoft and they said to do several things between us but it still would not work. In the end, we kept one controller Took back the other since it would not work with both wired controllers. We had to use one wireless controller and the other one was this one that works great just don't buy 2!

    Great controller!
    I purchased a Microsoft Xbox 360 controller (pickup order) for my computer. I was playing "Silent Hill: Homecoming" game on a PC. I preferred at first to use the keyboard & mouse. Problems were occurring frequently during game play as the game would not see certain keys on the keyboard to control the game features. Google online suggested using the Xbox 360 controller instead. Microsoft Windows obviously paired with the Microsoft controller with instant software drivers. Now I am able to kill and step over the monsters bodies, instead of them killing and stepping over mine. It's a great durable and quality controller. The price I paid through Walmart (new) was the same price GameStop was charging for a (used) one.
