Microsoft, I had high hopes but you disappointed me BIG time
Right after ordering, I was super excited to get lay hands on the product but after using it for a week, I was disappointed because of the defective hardware as well as clunky software. I had high hopes from Microsoft but sadly I was disappointed. First off, setting up login was not intuitive, you need to create an account with Microsoft and I ask WHY? This is my personal device and I should have a choice not to create a microsoft account. Secondly, the face recognition is super buggy. It will annoy you rather than making your life easy. Third, it's not possible to link two faces with one login account. And that essentially translates into you having to create additional microsoft accounts. Setting up two different face recognition with two accounts is absolutely terrible process and you need to be extra patient as well as extra technical geek to accomplish it. Hardware getting stuck within a week of purchase, is a HUGE bummer. And it makes the matter worse if the hardware happens to be CAMERA ! Our camera light won't go off and that was freaking us out. Another hardware issue was extending the tablet to secondary screen was very flaky. It would stop working at it's will and just wouldn't project again unless the tablet desires to. We don't face any issues extending our Lenovo laptop to the monitor. The only silver lining in this whole transaction was BeachCamera and their support team was awesome. Super understanding, Super helpful, Super responsive everytime I reached out to them for help. #sweepstakes

    New not easy for technologically challenged
    I had several Apps on my old Surface that no longer worked. I got pop up windows that said I wasn't connected to Google Play Store and it took a few hours of research by my wife on her iPad to figure out that this is more like a Computer than a tablet and I had to download Apps differently. WiFi connection to my home internet was difficult. I use it to read books, check my email and buy things online so it's adequate for my needs.

    I had incredibly bight
    I had incredibly bight hopes for this. Especially because of the price point. However, it seems to continuously be running mostly third party software, I had to replace it 2 months after I bought it due to pre installed apps not even opening. It just seems super buggy to me. Extremely susceptible to bugs and various other things. I still love it, but for me personally it left a lot to be desired.

    Ordered a few of these from different vendors on Amazon and just so happened to come across Beach Camera and so happy I did. The package was new and came with the warranties as promised and they're an authorized dealer!

    Slow computer for 700$
    I got this tablet because it was cheaper than the new iPad. When I got it out of the box the screen was huge and responsive. But when browsing the internet or watching YouTube the tablet is noticeably choppy. It dose t freeze or glitch but for it to be a brand new 700$ tablet you would at least the os to be up to par. Dont waste your time or money just get a referbished iPad from Apple.

    Pictures are deceiving
    I feel like I was deceived. All the pictures show a keyboard attached. In the micro-print it says 'keyboard cover not included'. I thought that was a cover for the keyboard, not the keyboard itself. Why do you show pictures with a keyboard if it doesn't come with it??? Needless to say, I had to order a keyboard.
