    Read this book its important for your health.

    This book is filled to the brim with mind-blowing information about how to cleanse safely. The good news is you don't need to buy a program, powders, or supplements...just great foods! The recipe section is large and the few things I've had a chance to try are wonderful. So much healing information in this hefty book! I highly recommend it for anyone working on clearing up autoimmune or chronic health issues as well as the person who feels like she just needs a good cleanse. A must read!
