Classic look, great price
I have tried many mascaras and keep coming back to this one, it's good quality, doesn't flake by the end of the day and doesn't clump up even with 2-3 coats.

Wrong wand?
I bought Maybelline great lash because I saw the big bulky picture of the wand hoping that it would make my lashes also be big and bulky. Nope. The wand had tiny little bristles and was clearly a different one than in the picture. I still have yet to find a mascara that actually goes on thick and bulky. All of them say no clumps but I want the clumps.

    Tried %26 true for Many years
    Maybelline mascara is tried %26 true. It's difficult to find the blue. Usually only black or brown is available in the store I visit. Does not irritate my eyes. Have used Maybelline for years, like me it's been around for years %26 formula seem to be the same. A lot of cosmetic companies change formulation on popular items. My motto is "if it aint broken, don't fix it". Thanks Maybelline.

    Worthless
    As I'm applying this for the first time I'm aware that I can't see anything happening, and my lashes are light blonde so anything shows up on them. It's as if the product is invisible. I don't have time every morning to stand there and apply 7 coats of mascara and waiting a minute between coats for each application to dry. Tossed this out and ordered another brand of mascara.

    It's cheap and good; what's not to love?
    So, I have been using this mascara for many years now. I get the waterproof but it can be difficult to remove. So, I have been putting this one on under the waterproof version and it's wonderful. The mascara comes off much easier and my lashes look amazing.

    Great Lash by Maybelline in dark brown
    Another example of using an inexpensive product before upgrading to the Maybelline Sky High mascara as I am switching from black to brown as I have gotten older. I always used Great Lash in high school in black back then. It's going to work out fine

    Not worth a penny
    I'm so surprised at Maybelline! this used to be the best mascara over all others, but now its awful! I literally was shocked how bad it is now. the bristles are so little, barely any difference when I put on my eyelashes. a sorry big 0... won't ever purchase again

    Something has changed!
    I have been using this mascara for over 20 years and something has definitely changed. The last tube I bought did not seem to be the same and did not apply the same way. I just bought a new one a couple of days ago and the inside scraper that thins out the mascara is gone! The applicator just swirls around and there is no way anyone could apply this mascara without making a mess!
