Very Happy
It arrived super fast, was packed very well, and was as described. It works great, and I am very happy with the purchase. However, if it's a gift, the picture is on the box. My husband got his Christmas present early!

NEGATIVE TWO STARS....One month out of warranty, replaced the element. Now it comes on but wont heat up. Masterbuilt will not help AT ALL, i mean wont even answer a question to point me in the right direction. Will NEVER purchase anything from these people again.

    This smoker is awesome, easy to assemble, super easy to use, and having a built in thermometer is awesome. Only thing is the remote signal does not reach that far or through walls well, so double check the temps on the smoker.

    Temp setting is off
    This is a great smoker however the temperature setting is quite inaccurate. I followed instructions to set the temp. Set to 225* and it keeps going up to 250* Anyone else have the same issue?

    Easy
    My friend recommended this one. She bought hers a few years ago. It's easy to use. After reading reviews about the Bluetooth version we went with the remote control. Only used it once so far. But the food was good.

    All good. Good service and machine.
    Packaged well. Prompt delivery. Good design and mfg quality. Remote works inside house. Wish controls could be set for auto shutoff upon reaching target internak meat temperature. Remote displays the smoker and meat probe temp and you can set cooking time.

    Masterbuilt Smoker..30 inch Electric
    Bought this as a gift for my honey. His 1st time using it, he made a 6 lb. Pork shoulder and turned out AMAZING!! He loves it! Some assembly was required, but wasnt bad. Would highly recommend

    I purchases this as a Christmas gift for my son. I have the exact same one and have so enjoyed it. Easy to use, clean up minimal and the food that has been coming out of it fantastic.
