My favorite comfort food.
My favorite soup. Being from a half Jewish family, I've grown up eating this soup. It's my go-to comfort food. I just wish the Walmart in Navarre, FL carried it all the time, not just during Passover.

Good soup, bad product.
I must say I do really love the taste, and making it is very easy. My only problem with this product is that I bought 4 boxes, and three of them had mix packets with holes on them. When I received them in the mail, I thought only one had spilled its contents all over the package, so I threw that one away and put the rest in my cupboard. A few weeks later, I was going to make some matzo balls and found out that two of other boxes had the same issue. Not only that, but the boxes were infested with red flour beetles. So not only did I have to throw away 3 of the 4 boxes I bought (and clean the mess that resulted from the holes in the bags), but I may now have a red beetle infestation that may require me to throw away other products I bought!

    Tasty!
    Made them this week! Easy to follow box recipe and the taste was good for a box mix. I used it with a boiled half chicken with the ingredients from the box.

    Great but too salty for my taste and health!
    Tried this for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Preparation is easy. I do agree with other reviewers however, that it has a very high sodium content. I did some research and found that it does come in a reduced sodium content package. Perhaps Walmart will read this and stock it?

    quick and easy soup
    After several decades of making soup from scratch I discovered this mix and we love it! To make it taste a little more homemade, add fresh onions, carrot and celery while it cooks. It's a salty mix so we add a carton of lower sodium broth and some water to extend the broth. The matzo balls are so easy to make and come out light and fluffy, really puffing up. Our new favorite.
